PayTm has blocked my account ([protected]@PayTM) for more than 7 months even sending the accurate transaction detail, but they demands the transaction statement which has not done. I told them to delete my number permanent so that I will make a new, but they don't listen.

I wanted to experiment Postpaid on Paytm and applied in Dec 2021. Later I found it not useful and asked them to close my account after paying the balance on that account.

Now, in my CIBIL, I see I have defaulted repeatedly on payment to Aditya Birla F L for Rs. 500..This ABFL account was thru Paytm when Postpaid was enabled.

I tried to reach Paytm 24x7 but their "chatbox" asks predefined questions only. No option to enter your query to submit or reach to customer support person. I send email to [protected]@patym.com and no response. Their phone number just hangs up saying lines are too busy.

I just want to pay that amount and get CIBIL credit report corrected. My repeated emails has no response from them. Its been 15 days, and I am suppose to pay interest for their delay

सर मेरा पेटीएम अकाउंट ब्लॉक हो गया है बताया जा रहा है कि आपके खाते में संदिग्ध गतिविधि हुई है मेरे खाते में किसी ग्राहक का पैसा आया था उसके बाद ऐसा हुआ है जिस यक्ति ने पैसा भेजा है मैं उसे नही जानता हूं मैने किसी होटल का लिस्टिंग किया था काम का पैसा मंगवाया था मैंने अपने कस्टमर से बात की तो वो बता रहे हैं मैने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से पैसा ट्रांसफर करवाया था मेरा डिजिटल मार्केटिंग का काम है मैने किसी परकार की संदिग्ध गतिविधि नही की है 4500 पैसा आया था जिस से ब्लॉक हुआ है खाता वो बैंक ने रिकवर भी किया है लेकिन मेरा अकाउंट ब्लॉक है मैने अनब्लॉक करने के लिए Paytm टीम से सम्पर्क किया तो बताया है कि राजस्थान पुलिस से संपर्क करें फ्रॉड की रिपोर्ट हुई हैं मैंने पुलिस को मेल किया लेकिन कोई जबाब नहीं आया मेरी रिक्वेस्ट है जिसने फ्रोड किया है उस पर कारवाई करें मेरा अकाउंट अनब्लॉक करें

I have made a tatkal ticket booking attempt at 10.07AM on April 3rd, 2023 on IRCTC official ticket booking website. I have made the payment through UPI which is facilitated by paytm for irctc, the money got debited but ticket was not booked. IRCTC website shows Payment Status : Pending from Bank's end but the my BHIM UPI shows the transaction as complete. What should I do now?

1) I have created a ticket through Paytm help & support for an incorrect deduction that happened for my Paytm Fastag on 1st Jan 2023 around 1:30 AM. The ticket number is [protected]. Paytm team closed the ticket by attaching a different car image and I did not get a refund. when I made a follow-up but no response from the team.
Amount deducted toll Plaza - Krishnagiri Plaza. Krishnagiri

2) Same kind of incident happened today (31st Mar 2023) and the toll plaza's name is Chennasamaduram Toll Plaza, Vellor. i have raised the ticket for this issue, I feel the response is going in the same direction which I was facing earlier. The ticket number is [protected].

Requesting you that, address this issue for everyone's benefit.

There is a technical glitch of 2X cashback points given by PAYTM for amazon shopping voucher. Cashback points are not credited even after 72 hours. I have purchased the Amazon shopping voucher worth rs 2500 to get the 5000 cashback points on 26-Mar-2023 at 3:03 PM with order id ending with 57634 but still I did not get the cashback points. There is no customer care support for this and social media team tell me to wait for 24-48 hours. But still no action taken to resolve this issue. Please do needful.
