        Dear Representative,
        I had made the payment through SC cr card and confirmed from them that you have already claimed the amount on 19Nov2016 of Rs. 5000 corresponding to ARR number [protected]. I have also paid the credit card bill where this amount is charged.

        Hence request you to please credit the same amount in my Paytm without any delay.
        From Paytm team no one is taking responsibility and taking too long time to resolve the issue and not responding to my queries. If paytm cannot manage services then should stop its services. There are already many wallet services in market.

        I have already waited for one month. Now resolve the issue ASAP before its escalated further.

        Getting lots of fake calls that are saying they will reimburse and asking personal details and OTP etc but i have not shared anything. Please take action against following fake call numbers:-
        [protected] - Rahul kumar sharma - received call today at 8AM. His email id is [protected]@gmail.com
        [protected] - This person don't know but this number belongs to Assam.

        Please take actions again following number on urgent basis.

        Issue still not resolved. Even paytm customer care is also not responding in this case. Very poor service. Pathetic customer care, we cannot call and they are not responding.

          Hi,

          My friend transferred the money on 13th november, 2016 through his paytm account(mobile no.[protected]) to my mobile ([protected]) which was not registered with paytm at the time of transfer. But when I registered my mobile number, even after that I did not get that money. This money is already deducted from my friend's mobile number. I have registered a complaint with Paytm several times, as they don't have any dedicated customer care number where we can register complaint. I am not getting any reply from Paytm which is really frustrating. It has been almost a month since the issue is pending with Paytm.
          Kindly look into this.

              On 23Nov16 I have transferred amount of Rs180 and Rs136 to my Paytm wallet.Also, I have received message from Paytm that I have successfully received balance in my wallet.I spoke about this issue at care centre many times but apart from accepting their mistake they are constantly blaming me that it's my fault and they are not refunding the money.help

                Paytm is acting like a blood sucking parasite. Sitting pretty on customers money
                I transferred back an amount of 4500 to the account it was added from with the transaction id: [protected]. It has been 9 days I dont have any track of where the amount has gone as it is still not in my bank account. I have written mails regarding the same to paytm and got no response. I need the amount urgently. I was asked for my registered number an email when i sent a private message. After i provided the details again I'm not getting any response. If you guys are reluctant to return my money, Do i need to initiate a legal action? Thats the last resort after waiting for 9 days

                  not refund in my SBI bank account.

                    I tried to recharge my metro card but it said that the order failed . So i tried 3 more times until i realized that my money was sent to energywater order rather than delhi metro. Only one of the transactions actually went through to the metro while 2 more transaction of Rs.350 were sent to another recipient. Neither did i receive any sms or email of this wrong money transaction.This behaviour is unacceptable I want Rs.350 to be returned to my Paytm wallet immediately before any further action be taken.                         Recently I tried to pay my electric bill through paytm but it failed to pay to electric board and also balance was deducted from my bank account. Please refund my total amount of Rs.410/- immediately.
                        I also complained/requested through paytm app for refund but its not replying anything nor refunding my amount. If paytm is not able to handle please close down your services but don't cheat true and needy customers.

                          This is regarding the balance of my paytm wallet. I rechargeed my patm wallet with Rs. 1000., on dec 5th 2016. And the transaction was done successfully, as i got the text msg at my mobile and also the email writing that the paytm wallet balance is updated to rs 1000. But the problem is that my paytm wallet is showing rs 0. But i book taxi using UBER, i m able to pay through paytm. But the wallet balance is showing Rs. 0.
                          as i tried calling to customer care so many times but I am not able to contact customer care. Paytm is as we all know is very good brand in market and everybody is using it now a days. But unavailability through customer care is something very cheap activity by paytm.
                          Also i want my reply at the earliest. I dont want any delay from your side as it is now already too late.

                              Dear Paytm, you just lost my trust. After a transaction failed, Paytm did not refund the entire amount to my wallet, but deducted around 25% of the actual amount. Pathetic service levels as one cannot talk to a representative on the helpline even after bearing with the extremely tortuous maze of automated responses.

                                I am a Senior Citizen facing problem in Uber PayTm first ly they offered 25% cash back on 5 ride on add money Rs 222 and I added 4 times but cash back not allowed.
                                Secondly In emergency I can not pay from PayTm if balance is below Rs 200

                                  I haven't got refund Rs 92099 in my bank for your Order ID [protected] from Paytm.Its high time the refund Should have reflected to my bank account.

                                  I am very very upset with the behavior from Paytm this time though paying a full amount of 92099 to you'll still the product got stuck and was returned to you'll without even reaching me apart that I haven' till date received my refund back.

                                  I would be a sincere and a true request to you'll to refund me the money back at the earliest as per your messages and emails received you'll mentioned that the refund is already processed to the bank checking with the bank people as the refund is not reflecting in the bank account they say refund has still not been received by them by you'll it's a amount of 92099/- which indeed I s a big amount.

                                    there was offer that add rs 222 in paytm wallet and pay with paytm wallet to uber and get cashback. I took ride on 26th November and paid the amount through paytm which was linked at uber app.till now paytm has not credited cashback despite writing to them several time.paytm customer care people are not responding.infact uber is also not helping in this case.

                                    I was supposed to get a refund of 899 in my paytm wallet which I have not yet received. paytm has been unresponsive to my emails. Please suggest how I can get my refund.
                                    One of my friend use my device and he logout my id and I forget my password and after that I again create my id and then my PAYTM wallet amount showing zero.My current balance is zero but before that my balance around rs300.
