    I sold gold on paytm after purchasing. It's showing sell order pending. No money credited. When i tried to complain through customer care, for that it's not shown in the list of orders. Please help

      I have to do a jio recharge through amazon pay with my Paytm payment bank. the recharge will be failed but money will be deducted to my bank account in 7th June 2020 . Now days money not to be refunded to my bank .I have contact many time to customer care but to do anything regarding this.my transitions bank reference id is[protected].

          I have send my money to a wrong paytm number. After i realized i call that person to return back my amount. He simply said he will not giving me single amount of money
          I had transfer 1500rs.

              I ordered online an electrical appliance an extension board o[censored]ni company on 13 june 2020 with order no. [protected]. I paid rs 129 at the time of booking only.
              On 20 june the product was delivered and when i checked the same i found that product is defective. It is not working at all as current is not flowing in the same. Further, the name of any company is missing on the same and no informatory invoice was there in the box.
              When i contacted paytm mall over it's help line it only said this product is non replaceable and non returnable so you have to bear this loss.
              Please help me.

                paytm first games account blocked

                Hi.. Here i'm requesting u pls look into my issue.. I'm a member of paytm since so mny yrs... Recently installed paytm first games after seeing it in paytm payment application.. I played games in that for about 2 weeks and enjoyed it. I got regular rewards in the forms of money and points. Suddenly one dy (I. E around june 4-5th) while playing bike racing pvp mode i encountered a player couple of times within 10 min where he did unimaginable...

                Complaint numbers[protected] and[protected]

                On 25th april, i suddenly had 6 back to back transactions on my paytm wallet and my paytm balance gets consumed. There was no otp, no other security check, but the balance got arbitrarily deducted from my paytm wallet.
                I followed up multiple times with paytm, they responded saying they can not do anything and then provided me the number ([protected]) which had siphoned my account balance.
                I hold paytm responsible and ask them to refund my money, as this money was paid without any security check from paytm s side, no otp, no confirmation, no intimation.
                Please take necessary action and return my rs2, 348 which was illegaly siphoned without any authorization.
                Also please instruct paytm to improve their systems and keep basic security checks / otp validations. If there are 6 consecutive transactions in a span of 6 minutes, that should also be flagged by paytm in future.

                  I have posted an add on 14.06.2020 to sell my washing machine. an olx user approached me from mobile no. [protected] and said me that he will make payment now. he sent an army id and asked to scan a qr code. after that my money got deducted 4 times in amounts of Rs. 5600, 11200, 16800, 10000.
                  Please help in getting my money back.

                      Recently i made a credit card bill payment through paytm and the offer stated that if the credit card transaction would be for more than rs.5000 we would get rs.100 cashback for the first ever credit card bill payment. I made a payment of more than rs.5000 and was issued a scratch card which offered upto rs.100 cashback on dth recharge. When i went to recharge dth and applied the voucher code i found only 5% was allowed as cashback on dth recharge. Where is the rs.100 cashback promised? If i recharge for rs.100 i get a cashback of only rs.5. Whete is the rs.100 cashback promised? Is it not a cheating policy by the company to find out the card details and not giving the benefits provided? Id they promise rs.100 cashback they should allow in full not only 5% of the recharge amount.
                      Today the offer has been lowered for payments over rs.2500 but that time it was rs.5000 minimum payment.
                      Paytm is misguide good customers by putting limit on cashbacks after the transactions are done. Nobody needs a meagre 5% of successive transaction as cashback. The main offer should specify the details in the very beginning.

                      Just noticed that the voucher is showing only 1% cashback for DTH recharge whereas earlier it was showing as 5% and promised flat Rs.100 cashback

                        This was sbi reference number for payment done for municipal water charges. SBi rightly wants service provider to be contacted. There is mo email available to register complaints. There phone complaint services no provision for complaints other than login with regd id and payments. Please see that receipt is issued

                            On 31St March 2020, A Voucher Worth Rs 1000 Was Sold By Paytm Relating To Dominos Pizza. (Order No [protected]).

                            When We Tried To Make Payment Using This Voucher On Dominos Website, Dominos Website Provided A Message "Cash Vouchers Have Been Disabled To Ensure Safety And Hygiene.Please Select Another Payment Method."
                            Since We Had Planned For The Pizza We Paid Again Through Netbanking To Dominos Even While We Had Paid To Paytm.

                            We Requested Paytm To Refund Our Money, They Refused It Saying That It Cannot Be Refunded And That It Is Owing To Covid That Dominos Is Not Honouring The Voucher.

                            Since Then, We Have Been Writing Them For Over 2 And A Half Month And Despite Everything We Have Done, Neither Dominos Is Accepting The Voucher Nor Paytm Is Refunding The Money.

                            They Are Yet Another Of Those Online Cheats Who Dupe The Customers.

                            Consumers...Beware...Paytm Is A Cheat Company.

                            This Is Last Ditch Effort To Get Our Money Back, Failing Which A Legal Recourse For Money Lost Along With Frustration And Mental Agaony Caused Shall Be Undertaken.

                                On 13/06/2020 friday at 11:40am i was
                                Doing a transaction of rs 500/- from Union bank to paytm payment bank but my amount was deducted from my Union bank account but the receiver bank account didn't get the money. I was doing my transaction through paytm payment bank by linking Union bank l. I got a transaction reference id[protected]. I called Union bank customer service he asked me to file a compliant against paytm payment bank. Please sir hope you will look to my concern, thank you.

                                      I had ₹4000 as savings in my paytm payments bank and they blocked my account without any proper reason saying some auspicious activity. I'm unable to contact their customer care and they aren't even replying to my query through message.
