Hi Sir,
I was suppose to get 251 full talktime on recharge of 251 as per paytm offer. But i only get Rs.1 talktime. So please revert me back full talk time of 251. Order number is : [protected].
Secondly, Paytm have deducted rs 128 and 109 from my wallet. I am also attaching the snapshot of it for further reference.

Please do the needful asap.

    Hello, an amount of ₹1748 was requested to be transfered in my bank account named Suhani Takkar. And the amount has been deducted from the depositer's account but i cannot see the amount in my bank account. Is it a fraud or some irresponsibility from ur side. The transaction id is #[protected] description is Sneakers(tahiya) amount is ₹1748 transfered by Tahiya khan. And my account name is State bank of india, account holder name is Suhani Takkar IFSC code is SBIN0005075. Account number is[protected]. Kindly chek y i have not received the money. I[censored] wish i can also send the screenshot for the succesful transaction along with transaction id. Revert back soon

      most bad thing is that u can't contact the paytm assisstent
      i dislike the service of paytm

        Money debited from paytm wallet but money not transferred to my bank (9646667776)

        After so much of complaints on email. I'm writing about paytm.. My money from paytm wallet debited but not yet transferred to my bank. It's been 4 days now no one is ready to help on this. I'm going to consumer court if my money not refund to wallet or transfer to my bank account. Paytm was never did this before to me like this. And the guys on email said it will take 80 hrs to address your issue.
        How can you hold customer's money...

              Cash back of 15% still not received.

              Dear sir,

              I feel extremely sorry to inform you that one week has been passed after delivery of power bank, i hae not received cash back as mentioned.

              I am your esteemed customer and reqularly use our app forr transaction.
              I also want to buy external hard disk which is already in queue of my wish list.
              Every time i reced cash back but this time due to any problams cash back is not received. Instead of 24 hours of delivery.

              Pl. See inthis matters and try to credit cash back as early as possible.

                  Without my permission my money is deducted from my paytm wallet... This is breach of trust... And now not returning me... Since more than 20 days...

                  They are saying k i have outstanding amount with uber for september 2015 and for that they have deducted my rs.255 from my wallet and make my wallet empty... It means if i had rs.2, 000 in my wallet then they will deducted rs.2, 000.

                  There is no outstanding with uber... And uber had never contacted me for said false outstanding... I unable to understand how paytm directly without customers permission deduct the money...

                  Is paytm agent o[censored]ber???... No value of customer...

                  I have mentally harassed by this act of paytm...

                      i had online bought WD Elements (WDBUZG0010BBK) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) from PAYTM website, and my order number [protected].

                      As per site they will be accept return and refund if product is damaged and not working within 7 days.

                      i get damaged product and not properly working and i was file return request between 7 days, now the customer care of PAYTM not accepting my return request.

                      can you please sort it.

                        I have ordered Trendy fashion sling bag from Pay TM and paid the price plus its delivery charges on July 29th. And the estimated delivery date shown was August 7. But i didn't get the product delivered and when i tracked the order, the product reached the Gati corriers on August 5th. I gave a call to the concerned corriers but they were saying like the product have not yet reached there and even if the product reached there they dont have door delivery. But Pay Tm have alredy deducted delivery charges from me. I received a message today morning (13/8/2016) that the product has been retured to the seller and money has been refunded as the customer was not availbale.I am really annoyed and disappointed and will surely tell my friends not to buy anything from Pay TM.
                        I am 99.99% sure that the problem is with (dur)GATI coriers. I have same experience with amazon orders. Amazon is very prompt in service, when they send items via speed post, we get it by 3-4 days with normal delivery. But when they send it via gati corier, they takes abnormal delay(min. 1 month).

                            Don’t Buy anything From Paytm,
                            I Have ordered Basics Blue Cotton Formal Shirt Order NO [protected] dated on 14 july 2016 .amount of RS. 1040.
                            I was shocked When I got empty poly pouch . I immidiatly raised a return request on their website.
                            And marked thereason empty pouch received. Since nobdy called fro this concern from 18 july 2016 .
                            I again checked on theie website and I was again shocked to see that my return request rejected.
                            4 week passed There was no update regarding the same and stil they are not able to resolve this issue, which shows their dedication towards the work and customer satisfaction .

                                An unauthorized transaction has been made from card xxxxx6444 for rs.9999/- on 12/aug/2016 at patytm mobile solut. Time : 15.02.
                                I have blocked my card and advised to call the merchant as they have the authority to stop the payment and i have clarified that the payment is still not settled from axis bank credit card department.
                                O i request you to stop the payment. Anyways if no action is taken from you guys i will have register an fir as i certainly not paying the amount. Also i was not able to connect to any of your customer care officer. Your ivr menu does have a option but pressing 9 i get a invalid input message which is strange for a company like paytm.
                                I again request you to stop the payment. My mobile no. [protected].

                                      I ordered a Dell Laptop from Paytm worth 53000/-
                                      But the product delivered me was defective and the old one.
                                      The keys were not functional, the warranty was already over, the windows was already activated. But in website all these things were mentioned to be different.
                                      I got the delivery on 27/07/2016.
                                      After checking the product I have informed the Paytm about this and also i have send several mails and also phone calls asking for refund of my money.
                                      But i didnot get solution till now.It has been more than two weeks but still i am waiting for my refunds I also have all the proofs of the phone calls and the mails
