I recharge 12 august rs.788.8/- my o. b. c bank. bank amount less for paytm recharge but paytm is not add this money. this recharge is failed but amount was minus in bank. check this and transfer this money my bank account or paytm.

The amount got deducted from my bank a/c but later paytm showed that transaction failed and money refund has been initiated. Till date i. E. 15/8/2106, i have not received my refund. My emails to paytm are getting unanswered.

I received my oppo f1 on 08/08/2016 in dead condition, i tried to call customer service but coudent talked with paytm, then i mailed you many times also given all details and attachments but there is no responce from your side, i also called to seller but he is also not able to help me and he is dint want to do business with you as per he said. I requsted to you 20 times in mail to call me and listen my problem but there is no responce from your side from 9 days. Plz help me plz call me on my number. My 16000 is blocked even i cant use mobile.

I have ordered for a denim shirt of order id [protected] worth rs 1049 on 17 july and got delivered on 27th july. The size was not ok and i asked for return or refund. I returned it on 1st august through professioanl couriers and cn no is 4504121. On aug 13 i got a mail saying the request has been rejected because i item has been delivered to them after 15days. I mailed them the receipt showing the date and retails and they told they will refund it with 48 hrs. Till now i didnt get any reply from their side. When i checked with professioanl couries the item reached kanpur on 4th august.

Updated by Poornimapraveen I again got the same mail saying that they will initiate a refund once they receive the product.Then I contacted the courier service to get the copy of signed recipet to know if the merchant have received the product. After checking they told me they they didnt accept it and returned it back to my address. But till now I havn't received the procduct or any email from their side saying they have returned my product or any tracking details.Every time I contact them they reply me saying they will refund once they receive the product.Kindly take necessary action.

I have made a electric bill payment for commercial place, because of this paytm never made a payment to the bescom and they disconnected the power for our commercial place and it create a big new sense, just to get the connection back. And i am mailing the customer care past 2 weeks tat i need a call back. These bloody people are sending only an automatic emails and i don't see any professional customer service. I am going to file this case and make a big issue, so that others won't face this problem.

Yes i am facing same problem for paying electric bill payment and they transfer in my wallet and after my wallet balance also nil. they dosn't have customer care name i email but they did not give any answer.

It is saying "status shows successful but recharge not received" but i did not get recharged, i am trying you to contact toll free number customer service, but it takes long time to discuss and in middle it suddenly got disconnected.

Even https://paytm.com/care/ is not useful, unable to submit, entered all fields and trying to submit but it was not submitting at all.

I was suppose to recharge unlimited 2g monthly pack. I found the same in paytm "browse plan" option worth rs - 249/- but after recharge i got 650 local calls which i don't need. I even mailed my complaint to paytm but they didn't reply and it has been two days.

I received a call on 2nd may 2015 wherein caller claimed to be a part of sbi staff and asked for my sbi details, on the very same day it debited rs 8938 from my sbi credit card. I tried to call on that no. Again but it was not reachable, after that i complainted to sbi credir cards for the same but results are not fruitful, transaction is in the favour of shoppingmantrapaytm. Kindly help me in getting that amount refund. I am having details of this transaction in my credit card statement.

I have recharged as "58" for 40p/min, and I have got 3g offer. they are responsible for what are they are providing information on your website I am not responsible for this wrong recharge either they should refund the amount or talk with operator, I am customer not customer care.

I don't know why you are showing the details which are totally wrong!!!
