I have buyied a automatic gas stove from paytm at 30Nov 2015.And there is leakage in the gas which I have complain then in the return period they have rejected the complain and say that they are not responsible.
I have called the company as they has written that 1 year warranty but that was also fake as the company told that the product has no warranty.
I am attaching the invoice of the product plz replace my product with new one or if any damage occurs paytm is responsible for this.

      I am Jayakumar from Bangalore.

      Today I've seen 2 fradelent transaction from my paytm account withdrawn Rs 25/- and Rs 134/- respectively. The details of the tranactions seen at paytm are given below.

      Rummy Circle Order #K27E6ASVK4Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-07-01 07:50:49 PM for Rs 134/- and

      Rummy Circle Order #K27E59ZU4MPaytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-07-01 07:47:00 PM for Rs 25/-

      I doubt this is an insider job as I do not have Rummy circle account and without password, none can access my paytm wallet. If possible, reject these 2 payments.

      Could you please let me know more about these transactions? Who and how these txns been done? Can you revert back the amounts??

      Please help me out on this so that we can dig out the fraudester.

          I order the Samsung micro memory card class 6 from paytm . I received the packet of product before the delivery boy. but inside the packet there was not product.it was confirmed by delivery boy to his agency on call. I have that recording.i open that packet at office so camera footage can also help.

          I raise the ticket no.03865850 for that but there was no resolution and try play mail-mail.

          I have submitted the undertaking and bill.

            I have purchased a product called"Rugby Bluetooth speaker" from paytm app for rs 325/- .I have received it on 30 Jun'16.On the same day i found that its voice quality is not good as i was expecting.
            So i have dropped a mail for returning the product and refund my money.But they are not in favor to return the product rather they told me to visit nearest service center. Unfortunately, i found that there is no service in Gurgaon and i again dropped a mail to return the product but they havn't revert me yet.

            Please do intervene in this

            Need your help in this.

              Below is my mail sent on 20th june for the first time complaint

              Dear paytm team
              I have ordered several items through paytm 3 weeks back, in last 2 weeks i have got most of them however i have received only one neckless set from the attached paytm order. actually i ordered 2 sets and also paid for 2 sets (see attachment) however delivery guy handed over only one set. can you please do the needful.

              I have actually receivced one delivery. we asked delivery guy also he said i am the one on this route. i have tried complaining 5 times through mails, several times through phone banking and multiple times on their website where they claim they are best adressing such issues however i have not heard back from them their licence should be cancels if they are fooling like this.

                I had complained about Ola cabs in the consumer complaint forum.

                a person then called named Ravi Verma with ID[protected]. He asked about the details and then said that he would refund money in my Paytm wallet through credit card, which seemed suspicious. My credit card got blocked due to suspicious trancastions from his end. He then generated a password with my mobile no. which is [protected] and asked me to transfer an amount of Rs. 9500/-. After I did that my paytm wallet was debited throgh various transaction to bank accounts which have not been done by me. and he also recharged his phone no which is [protected]. Paytm Order #[protected]. Please check the IP addresses also.
                Please arrange to refund the money, otherwise I am going to complain to cyber crime cell.

                  Last 9th june, 2016 i ordered a k7 total security antivirus through paytm application on my smart phone. but still this date i do not get the item. i paid rs.624/- for this item. paytm claimed that the product shipped by courier service and paytm application's track show me the item was delivered. but the reality is i do not get any parcel from courier service. so many times i complained to paytm about the matter but they are not give me any satisfactory answer. now i am very much tired and worried about the matter. please help me.

                          Dear team,

                          I have done payment of bill for airtel number [protected] of Rs 655/- on 05 April 2016 against reference number [protected] but the same was not credited to this number.

                          I have logged the complaint to paytm care against ticket id number 1368509 and paytm reverted to check with airtel team, I have checked with airtel team and Airtel has not received any type of amount.
                          I have logged complaint again to paytm they are asking we have done the payment and airtel is asking they have not received the payment.

                          i have logged complaint to paytm many times against reference number 996530, 1387413, 1094311, 1226537, 1563828, 1711246, 1990243, 2070796, 2978326,

                          Even i have tried to contact to paytm but not able to contact.

                          Every time they have replied with a new answer even i have explained every time.
                          Paytm has did recharge instead of doing payment and now they are not ready to refund the amount of 655.

                          Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                            Hi all,

                            I have bought apollo tyres from paytm. it got damaged in 3 months then i contact the service centre.

                            The service centre agreed for replace the tyre but i bought in paytm so they cant do it.

                            Then immediately i contacted paytm support they taken more than one month and provided a warranty card.

                            I visited again apollo service centre to claim the warranty then i come to know that is fake warranty card. paytm cheating people by providing fake warranty.

                            After i found that warranty is fake. paytm cheaters did not give any email response to me still.

                            18 email conversations happened with paytm and all waste.

                            Please dont buy any products in paytm. it wont cover manufacturer warranty.

                            I am trying to take action on this paytm.

                              I had recently ordered a Skyline vi 7022 2 Slice Pop Up Toaster (White) in paytm and paid through paytm cash. The Order No. is [protected]. But in the product received I found that the lid for the toaster was missing. I ordered that product specifically because it has got a lid.

                              I immediately raised a return request (on 22nd June, 2016) but there was no prompt response till 29th June, 2016. A series of mails were exchanged between me and the customer care personnel. Even I got a call on 23rd June requesting to upload an image of the product received which I obliged and did it on the next day.

                              From then there was no prompt response. Although a series of mails were exchanged the problem was not addressed to the point apart from beating around the bush. Finally i got a response on 29th June, 2016 mentioning that the return process is a 4 step process and I am still in Step 1 (raising a return request). So I asked them how much time it would take for all the steps to be completed as it was over 8 days since the return request was raised. I got a reply stating that they are really sorry and asking me to confirm their request that they would add Rs. 150 as a token of apology, which I did.

                              Later I got a mail stating that the return request was rejected and Rs. 150 was added to my paytm wallet as a token of apology.

                              I have no clue why my request was rejected even though it was genuine. They never had given me any reason for the rejection.

                              Now what shall I do with that Rs. 150/-? I can't buy a lid separately for a bread toaster. I think its their game to make me buy one more bread toaster.

                              This is the second time I shopped with paytm and the experience got from bad to worse. With this kind of service, I think the fall of paytm is not far.

                                I orederd a mobile phone on 25 th June. Till now it has not been dispatched. I am really frustrated. I have sent at least ten emails but their response is just typical. I have lost so much mobile money to contact them but not succeeded. My money is with them. I can't do anything except sit and tear my hair. In this age does it take six days to just dispatch an item? Mind you, it has not been dispatched yet. So when they are going to dispatch is left to their mercy. I had thought I will celebrate eid with this new mobile and that's why I orederd it more than ten days in advance. My last few orders on paytm has faced numerous problems. One such order was returned without my knowledge. I had to order it again but it took more than 15 days to reach me whereas other sites like myntra, flipkart, amazon, jabong deliver within 4-5 days.
                                I can't trust paytm anymore. It has lost my faith.

                                    I had ordered two products sku hz202 spun candle and sku hz146 water purifier tap faucet from paytm website. Out of this they have delivered the product sku hz146 and sku hz202 is yet to deliver. But in the invoice it contains invoice for both the products. By receiving the product i had the doubt that it contains only one product and i discussed this with the courier delivery boy also. But he said the packet is in sealed condition and anything missing from inside sealed packet to be raised with paytm only. I agreed to the same and signed on the receipt. Now paytm is claiming that they have delivered both the product and showing the receipt as proof of receipt. The proof i have is the cover they have delivered one product to me. It is very small in size and the product they have not delivered to me is almost double the size of the packet i have. Photo of the packet enclosed.
