I have ordered nubia ZTE Z9 mini through paytm.In that order there was a cashback Rs.750.Order No-is[protected].But It was clearly mentioned that I will get the cashback after receiving the product.But Still I did not get the cash back.Two weeks before I have asked customer care and they replied that I will get the paytm wallet amount Rs.750 in my account.Again it delayed.Now I have called them and now they are telling its not possible.Because its a old product.Please help me.

They r blocking account and running offer of cash back, they r making fool. For example fortune oil was sold for 72 and when paytm started offering cashback now the oil is for 84. What is the use of coupon when we can't redeem. When we contact paytm they say send the screen shot of error when we send it, they reply we r looking into the matter and nothing else. This is for the last 8 months. I want u to please don't allow them to run any cashback offer on product like kitkat, fortune, britainia, etc...

In my Ac balance was thr 200 & I add in wallet 200 rs but transaction was cancel & dedecuted my 17 rs 11 time from you're patym please I request to u solve my problem & give my 184 rs please whn I m calling to customer patym number too many time it's showing me bus i[censored] not return my money that means this is very bad app & really I do 11 time & not even single msg also not given that you're amount is dedecuted automiclly dedecuted plz I want money back in any how plz request to give me ..

On 20/4/2016 i have paid an mts post paid data card bill (Data card number [protected]) of amount rs 1144 by paytm through city union bank but the bill has not yet been paid but the amount has been credited in my account... I feel very discomfort with your service...

With reference to two mobile talk time recharge reference no.[protected] and[protected] wrong recharge is done on number [protected]. Please revert this recharge as total amount of (Rs 150+ rs 83). The transaction is through paytm and my sbi net banking on date 21 april 2016.Recharge of rs 83 is first made and the payment is done by the net banking of sbi bank through using paytm app. After few minutes second recharge of rs 150...

I have done 2 order from food panda app dt on 20/4/2016 & 19/4/2016 but till now 15% cash back not received and payment have been done by paytm account so please refund my cash back credit amount i have dropped mail in paytm account but no respond .Detail is given below-

I have ordered 2 items in paytm at both at a time i. E., samsung microsdhc 16 gb class 6 memory card & professional clear screen guard for asus zenfone max zc550kl (Pack of 3) but i received only samsung memory card but i didnot receieved the screen guard but the status showing its delivered.. I ordered Iphone 5s from their website and wanted them to deliver asap. They canceled it automatically and told me that it is not available with the seller anymore. Because of this i lost the opportunity of buying this phone at cheaper price on other website. I mean how can they cancel the order without informing to customers. I would like to file this complaint against them and happy to provide all the proofs.

I had order one jeans from paytm delivery has been done after 7 days, when i got product product is defective and i want to change or replace or return but i am unable to contact with paytm properly, i can say that for shopping from paytm is not user friendly, shopping any thing from paytm that is you are playing lucky game.
After that no one is able to handle in proper way with your concern problem.
Whatever i have got product that is useless for me, i can't able to thing what i can do for that.

I m not happy with your services, paytm cancelled my mobile order after 7 days, ,

i suggest everyone plz dont shopping with paytm, this co. Is very irresponsible ..

& my payment will be collected after 6-10 days its so disgusting

But i hhave tr transfer only 2400 rup only in bank acount. Please confirm
Paytm have limit to transfer the balance to bank account.
How much balance we can transfer the balance paytm to bank account in one day and month.

Dear sir
I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

Orderno-[protected] done at 7.30 pm on april 19th... Status is payment confirmation awaiting... But in my account recharge amount 299rs was debited even though recharge is not done. I raise request to paytm care they send me a ticket no-[protected]h0xgiaar...
They didn't do anything after that...

The money also deducted from my bank account. But till date the payment has not been paid to bsnl.

Hence, they have stopped my phone service. This is not fair on your side.

Kindly look in to this matter immediately and arrange for payment to bsnl post paid mobile as detailed above.

I N. Rehman had made apayment of Rs. 4650 to Paytm against the above reference no.This payment was inadvertently paid to Paytm.towards recharging of MTS . Since MTS was not recharged, i requested to Paytm to refund the amount to credit card account
In the meantime paytm employee Mr Rahul Kataria(Empl ID No. 034126 and M. No.[protected]) had repeatedly asked me provide the OTP number, Credit Card No., CVV number etc. Which appeared on my mobile whereas it is clearly stated that the OTP Number should not share with any one. Mr Rahul has threatened me and informed that you will no be given this refund and it has been closed. In this contest I request you to kindly get my refund of Rs. 4650.00.
