Through paytm I recharged to my network on September 23rd, 2015 @150/- to my number. I got a message that order was successful and the respective amount was deducted from my bank account. But the recharge has not done. So refund my amount to my bank account as earliest. I sent this complaint to [protected]@paytm.

      I paid 149 rupees through Paytm for purchasing in eBay. This transation paid through your bill desk. This transition is not completed due to some technical problem, but amount deducted. I had contact Paytm customer care but they told to contact you. Please refund my amount.

        I have ordered an dress material from PAYTM. However the piece which I have received is defecting. I raised a return complain almost a month ago but no one came to collect even after I received many messaged about the same. Raised complain to customer care and no action taken yet. Now my money is stuck and more over I need to spend so much time to follow up with the reversal.

          On 07 Oct i was trying to make some order on FirstCry.com using payTM wallet, since there were not enough balance in my PayTM account i have tried to load money from my Axis Bank net Banking & Axis Bank Credit Card, both times it got failed, but amounts got debited from my bank accounts both the times. below are the transaction id for both the transactions from bank for which PayTM has claimed the money from bank: 1. Bank transaction ID credit card (with this transactin id Paytm has claimed the money) amount 622/- 495759B210E8D19564D1DEEE579CDA44583194E 2. NetBanking transaction id amount 622/- INB/[protected] PRN No [protected] for both the transaction PayTM has claimed the amount but its not showing with my PayTM wallet nor reach to FirstCry. my paytm account email id:[protected]@gmail.com cell no- [protected] FirstCry Order nos for which payment got failed: Please help me to track my money, PayTM is not responding, below are the firstCry order for which payment got failed at the time of loading money to paytm wallet: 1. 1873982OJ207F3053 tried to load money to PaytM with axis bank netbanking, 2.1873982OJ200F5212 tried to load money to payTM with Axis Bank Credit card. both the firstcry order got failed but paytm has claimed the money from bank accounts but now not refunding back.             I ordered iphone 6 -64 GB. However what was delivered was iphone 6 -16 GB. Hence I request return and replacement of order. But when guys from parcel.in came to pick up the order, they could not make a system entry as it was showing return of 64 GB. Hence they did not pick up the order back. Kindly advise who can i return 64 GB phone when I have received 16 GB phone. After this I must have called the customer care more than 10 times but each time they assured pick up within 72 hours and nothing happened. I have also written serveral Emails to them but they only give assurances. Till date neither the product is picked up nor is my money refunded. PLS assist and help me PLS PLS PLS

              I ordered a book from PayTM two weeks ago. Now I waited for 2 long weeks, but even that much time was not enough. They didn't even shipped it in such a long period. Whenever I contacted them with mobile they didn't reply back to me. If I mailed them they would say we are "Shipping it in next 2 days" and after 2 days "We are shipping it in next 24 hrs" and even after as if that was not enough they told me they are having a problem with shipping service and they would try to"Resolve it in next 72 hrs". After such a long wait they cancelled order themselves without even asking me about it and transferred money to their own wallet. It was a win-win situation for them. I was not given book and not even allowed to put a query for this. I have mailed them like 30 or so times and called 12-15 times.

                I have tried to pay my postpaid mobile bill of RS.2074 but it showed failed. In the paytm wallet it shows rs.2074 on oct 11th amount has been refund to the bank but till know the amount hasn't refund. I have tried calling to the customer service no but it says line busy. I'm waiting for the reply but till know no revert.please do necessary action

                  Hi, Promo code in the Britannia bourbon pack is not getting applied in the PayTM site. Paytm is misleading people with various fake offers and this is not the first time am facing this issue.I wrote to customer care of paytm and there were no proper response. I am attaching the screenshot along with this complaint.

                    Hi Paytm, This is ridiculous. Paytm is the only service in which iam facing all these troubles to get my money back of a failed transaction. Companies like Payumoney, Mobiwik, Flipkart, amazon, snapdeal, etc will refund the money of a failed transaction within hours, even without a request. I have called to your customer care and written to you from my paytm account. Still, you cannot refund my money and are asking for more details. And, why the hell are you asking me the order number and transaction id? How can i know all these things? All i know is i tried to make a payment for Foodpanda via your wallet and got totally screwed. I doubt you are intentionally trying to loot money from customers. Iam totally disappointed with Paytm and that will be my last transaction with Paytm. Its high time for you to focus on your existing customers rather than sponsoring cricket matches. Never ever Paytm.

                      I ordered for pack of 5 mens vest whose cost was 298 and shipping was 313. I was suppose to get a cashback for the same order but haven't recieved it yet. When am I going to get the cashback. I ordered because I thought there was cashback on it. Let me know how and when am i going to get that.

                          Hi, This is Subrahmanyam Nandipati I bought Cosmic Flash -Black And Red 21 Speed Mtb Bicycle (Cost:13700/-)on 21-August-2015.They have delivered the product on 27-August-2015.They have delivered wrong color also the front wheel is not fitting properly in it hub.I have raised a return request and returned the product on 05-September-2015 through Gati Logistics which was arranged by Paytm. It is more than a month but still they Paytm not initiated refund. I have called many times and sent many email, always they are saying once the product reach back to the merchant amount will get refunded to my account. This is my second worst experience with Paytm. Please let me know the procedure to to file a case on Paytm in Consumer Court. Regards, Subbu

                                  I had ordered a blackberry z10 phone on 10/10/2015. I received a rock today. I was shocked and tried to reach Customercare. When I explained them about this the executive laughed. My Order No: [protected]. Is this the way they react? Pathetic service by them. I sent several emails to [protected]@paytm.com with photos of the shipment received. They say the issue needs to be investigated. Their customer care number is very hard to reach. It took 2 hours to lodge my initial complaint. I wasted 15000 rupees.

                                    why?
                                    Refund the amount of Rs. 200.97 into my wallet only. otherwise any promocode for that amount.
                                    i will shop anything i wish.
