Dear Sir/Madam,
At paytm website, I ve done a recharge of amount 298 on an Airtel no.- [protected].
In paytm website, at airtel 2G data plan, it was mentioned that,
Rs 298
Validity 56 Days
Data Benefits.
3 GB Unlimited 2G data. Post 3 GB unlimited on throttle speed (max 40 kbps)
But after successful recharge... I ve' got Rs. 100/- main balance, & 1048 MB 3G data.
when I try to contact with paytm care, by mail, they informed me that was the error of Airtel.
But airtel told "they have not such plan".
A question arise, "If paytm provide correct information, after my recharge, why paytm delete 298 recharge option from 2G data plan on their website?"
I think...paytm should pay the penalty to me... as I could not got the benefit which is mentioned on the paytm website.
This is clearly a cheating as customer invested so much time to find the product and after he found product faulty This kind of ill treatment should not be acceptable.
