This is with respect to the worst service provided by paytm. These people are cheat and should be ashamed off of their work. Just making business and not taking care of customer issues. They do not fulfill your promises as happiness is guranteed at paytm. Their website has issues and I have to bear the cost of it. I made an order and it is delivered to some other address because of their website issue. But Paytm can not owe this issue....

Dear all, please be cautious about cashback offers from paytm. Now a days, paytm is cheating its customers by not crediting the cashback stating that there is a technical problem which they will never solve. I've written umpteen times to paytm care including grievance officer & service head. But, everyone is numb. No response from paytm yet even after a month.
