Today i have recharged my vodafone number([protected]) for 250 amount. amount have been dedicated from my account but i didn't get my phone recharged. this happening twice to me. it is not acceptable foe nay one. i want my amount back either to my account or to my phone

    My account is temporarily blocked from 19th of June I made complaint on [protected]@paytm.com having Ticket #[protected], after regular follow up I give requestion to service head & to grivelence officer but I am sorry to say that there is no response till time. I have huge amount in the paytm wallet, moreover I have return one of the item to the seller & they are not telling me when they will deposit the refund amount & courier charges to my account. I hereby request you to please resolve the issue at the earliest. The email conversation I had with them is given here under in the start there was response which was I think automotive & there after there is no response.       Hi, I have ordered product Shoe in your website and its 20days over now but no one is turned up surprised to know that the spare has delivered which have no evidence who has received and acknowledgement from your end. I have logged a customer complaint on last week and till now no one is bother to own this and giving solution. Let me know what's your next escalation level, I want take this to escalate to HIGH level management. Let me know ASAP

        I have ordered Prestige Omega Deluxe Granite Non-Stick Cookware Kadhai - 260 Mm on 24th April '15 and received Hawels Exhaust fan at the time of delivery. Meantime i have received a cash back of Rs.548 on 27-4-15 and it was subsequently withdrawn (Fraudulently) After initiating the return Paytm refunded Rs.822/- which was also Fraudulently withdrawn from my wallet. I have complained repeatedly to [protected]@paytm.. which not yielded proper answers. i have attached my wallet details which is self explanatory. Please provide Justices.           Fraud transactions (multiple) has been done from my PayTM wallet without my knowledge and permission. The response i received from PayTM is pathetic. In each email they are just saying to change the account password. I have changed the password multiple times, still frauds are being done and PayTM is not to doing anything to give my money back. My major concern is what if someone use my account for illegal activities.I'll be in huge trouble.

            Its been 3-4 days that i have lodged complaint with PayTM. But No one is replyinh for the same. My Order Number is [protected]. I purchased a watch for my Husband but when i received the parcel the courier boy was in hurry and just took my signature on his Notepad and ran away. He didnt even gave me few seconds to even check my product. When he handed over me the product i felt that something is wrong with it as the parcel was completely tempered and i called that boy 2-3 times but didnt hear my voice or he just ignored it. after opening it what i found was a piece of a brick instead of watch. i am an old age lady and donot belive in online shopping but still i liked the product on comouter so ordered it. And the parcel was also in very dirty condition. I am also Attaching the pics. now i have mailed paytm but no one is responding. I am worried as i also dont have much sources of earning. Please help me

              Order Id : [protected]. 1 week before i have ordered Laptop( Rs. 44, 770 ) with an offer 25% ( Rs. 10, 000 ) cashback. They cheated and didnt return the cash back amount. When i mailed them they said that i didnt apply the promocode. But i have applied the Promocode and mailed them also regarding this... They didnt reply... Really i am unsatisfied and unhappy... Atlast i have cancelled the order due to their cheating service... I will not refer my friends too also to buy in this website... I need a proper information why they didnt return the cashback...                 I have purchased many product from Paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on Paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my Paytm Wallet but due to some error "Your account is temporarily blocked for login" I can’t login my account or i can't use my Paytm wallet.
                Last 4-5 days i am continuing...

                Dear paytm team, I have an paytm account with user id is [protected]@gmail.com. in my account 150 wallet balance, yesterday i got a msg that someone recharge prepaid mobile recharge [protected] from my wallet balance.Order no.is [protected] My wallet balance 100rs cut.How is that occour?                 Rs 248 and Rs 100 was deducted from my account on 28 june 2015 and paytm is not ready to refund my amount. They are saying it happened online. But now paytm has an OTP login which comes to mobile so how can someone login without the OTP and make a transaction. Its a Fraud done by paytm.

                PayTM is simply cheating customers by deducting money from their wallet and saying that transaction has been done from user end.
                I have lost 750 rs and all PayTM is reply is to change my password.
                Following fraud orders has been placed from my account without my permission and without login in to my account because i did not received any OTP verification code. This simply means eaither PayTM is being hacked again and again OR someone from inside PayTM is doing these frauds:

                    Some one might be from paytm or people associated with paytm has used my account ([protected]@yahoo. In) and recharged for the following numbers without my authentication
                    My question is is paytm is safe to use in mobile or personal laptops

                    If its not a safe one, should be banned or they should discontinue from business and i found the same kind of complaint in this same forum and i have attached the screen shot of this page along with my transaction

When i registered complain regarding this, a Paytm customer care [protected] call me at 6:25pm today 29june. First he told me 100rs will refund into my account then he asked me my Sbi card no. Full 16digit. I told him because i think he will refund my 100rs balance. He called me 4 times between 6:25pm to 6:45pm. Suddenly at 6:49pm i got massage POS PRCH POS 791659 WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI regarding debited amount 5000 from my account. Sir i am sure [protected] fraud no. So pls take immediate action.                         I had ordered(order no:[protected] for jeans and since i didnt found it fine, i returned it. They said that they are in shortage of pickup people, so i need to return on my own. I returned the jeans and got confirmation from DTDC courier(tracking no: B[protected]. These people ask for courier receipt copy to track the order. I send them and they dont reply. Again i would reply them to provide the status, and again they will ask for courier receipt This thing kept on happening and since i got fed up, i thought op posting this in consumer complaint

                                I recharged for Reliance Big TV on account No[protected] on 28 June 2015 for an amount of Rs. 300/- vide Paytm No 620846 and amount has been debited from SBI A/c No [protected]. However, I got a message for Big TV recharge has failed and amount not debited from Paytm. Although, Rs.300/- has not been credited to my SBI account as yet. Please do needful action for credit of above amount.

But I got delivered with only 1 piece inside the parcel and the courier cover had the invoice with quantity as 2. I raised this complaint immediately with Paytm and i have not received any updates from them yet. So i requested for refund of money and no response for that also yet.                                     .I ordered one item from paytm and i did not receive it when i opened my paytm account i saw that the order has been already delivered...when i tried to track it is showing that the receiver's name is steela and item was delivered around 11 am on 22nd June ...that day i was in college from 7.30 to 1.30 i did not get any call or message from courier company that my order is out for delivery or has been delivered...i did not expect this kind of behavior from paytm...another thing is that whenever i receive any courier i always assure the courier guy by showing my id card and the name written on it...how can you guys deliver the courier to someone else without knowing anything or checking id proof? Kindly check the below attachment and do let me know asap. Thank you.
