I have ordered for 2 pieces of Butterflies Handbag with same model and same color with same Name "Butterflies Pink Women Handbags" PAYTM ORDER REF: [protected], Item # [protected] and [protected]). But I got delivered with only 1 piece inside the parcel and the courier cover had the invoice with quantity as 2. I raised this complaint immediately with Paytm and i have not received any updates from them yet.
So i requested for refund of money and no response for that also yet.
Could you please look into this issue IMMEDIATELY and refund me with the cash as soon as possible???

I did not get any reply from PAYTM on the issue of partial delivery to me on the Butterflies Women Pink Handbags.
It has been few days back i raised a complaint and sent mail to PAYTm on this issue.
Could you please look into this and update me immediately?? It is showing as delivered in online PAYTM site but has not been delivered to me yet and no updates too ?

I have attached the pictures of the handbag and courier cover which i received yesterday for the Order no - #[protected] (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/[protected]) from Paytm.
In this same order, I have placed order for 2 quantity in same piece and color of Butterflies Pink Women Handbags with Paytm but i received the quantity as 1. Attached are the pictures of the handbag which i received and it contained the invoice on the cover as quantity 2 and inside the quantity was 1.
Could you please check this at high priority and provide me a solution .
Expecting a reply from paytm with solution.

We are sorry to hear that you have received a wrong product for the order placed by you. To resolve the issue, please share the images of the product, invoice and the packaging (inner/outer). Also please confirm whether the packaging was sealed or open when the product was delivered?
In case, for some reason the seller fails to deliver the right product we assure you to process a refund in your Paytm Wallet (if applicable).
