Same happened for me, the Paytm app says that my loan was disbursed but I didn't receive money in my account. Tried to contact paytm they have no support for personal loan, the support team sent me the chat link but it’s just a chat bot I can’t get connected to the agent. I reset my phone yesterday 7th december and install paytm app again...and tried to login but didn't get any otp after few times my account has been blocked and cannot able to login and repay the paytm postpaid amount of ₹3106 next day today they charged a late fees of ₹590. There is no option to contact any costumer care about this issue. Please help me to waived off this illegitimate late fees it is not my fault if i cant able to login...
