I booked a bus for Jaipur to Kota on 18 June through Paytm. I reach the onboarding point & waiting around 1 hour. I contact the first bus operator, but no one picks my call. Then I contact Paytm care & canceled my bus & they assured me that I will get a refund in 10 days Then I pick another bus and reach Kota"

Now Till 6 July 2022, I can't get any refund. Paytm refuses my refund request because the travel agency declined my...

Paytm Mobile Solutions — Credit Card Bill Payment not successful via Paytm

I have made my credit card bill payment of Rs. 2616 via Paytm on 1st July 2022 but the amount has not been credited to my credit card account till date( 5th July 2022). I have even raised a Ticket( Ticket id: [protected]) with Paytm regarding this issue but still no action has been taken. I want to get my cash back to the source account or added to my credit card account. Please note that my name is Archa Mohan....

No wonder why Paytm is not gaining new Customers, they have pathetic customer service, i paid for my electricity bill threw Paytm money got deducted from my account and not credited to Electricity company.
When i am chatting with bot its saying refund has been done but no refund has credited to my account, Paytm is also not giving any reference no which they say that they have refunded
They’re just fraudsters....

Paytm — Credit Card Bill Payment not successful

My name is Archa Mohan. I have made my credit card bill payment of Rs. 2616 via Paytm on 1st July 2022 but the amount has not been credited to my credit card account till date( 5th July 2022). Received a message on my phone number stating paytm loan disbursed but I didn't receive amount in my bank account. Also, paytm stated that the emi will be debited from the next month....

I'm a paytm postpaid user. As usual according to the instructions my post paid bill has been generated on 1st of July. So, I made a payment of Rs-48 on 1st of July, 2022. But my bill payment gets processing. They asked me to wait 24 hours but I've been waiting till today 5th of July, but it still processing. From 7th of July I'll be charged late fees. But I couldn't repay it. I made another 4 payments and all the time it gets processing not...

Mine 100 Rs was unlwafully debited from my paytm accOunt alleging that I have crossed badbar toll plaza in punjab
Sir I am working in Defence at Visakhapatnam and the car is at Visakhapatnam for more than a year and I was on duty on 29 th may 22
So how my car went at the badbar plaza
I have taken up this issue with paytm 24*7 and raised the tickets but no result
So I am very much harassed...

I had transferred a payment of 4560 to phone no [protected] dated on 14 July 2022, but the merchant has not received the payment yet and the money too was not .refunded to my account.
I request the relevant persons involved to look into the issue and address it as soon as possible....

My Account Is Blocked By Paytm Payments Bank By 1 Month Ago And After Company Is Saying Provide Your Kyc Details But After Many Times Am Proveding Kyc Documents But My Payment Acount Is Still Blocked And Paytm Customer Does Not Support To Me Anymore...

I applied for the Paytm personal loan on the 23rd of June and on the same day I got the message that your loan is disbursed and transferred to your bank account but it's been almost 6 days and still, the loan amount is not credited to my bank account. I've contacted their funding partner Aditya Birla Finance 7-8 times and every time they asked me to get help through Paytm and then I contacted Paytm for the same but they asked me to create...

Paytm Mobile Solutions — Cashback received amount not processed failure

On June 7, 2022 i am received 3600 rs from YOUGOV company.but this amount not processed, becox my KYC not meet full criteria., this is the reasons my payments are not processed....

My monthly pass is not active due to Paytm, which payment is allready paid by me of Makroli Toll plaza at Rohtak Haryana .When I cross the the Toll dt 27/6 /22 at approx 2am early morning, Ihave received a message for deducted by Toll Plaza 155 rs .
My Car no is HR 12AA6895 .
MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]....

On 7 th June I was received 3600 rs from Yougov.but that transactions is failure.see below the reasons:

This cashback has failed at the time of processing the cashback as your account did not meet the criteria of a full KYC account.
Now my doubt is this 3600 rs amount is still pending or Paytm returned to yougov companies? i am ready to complete kyc but, Paytm not accepted or not allowed this functions temporarily.so...
