Address: Paytm payments bank

I paid my credit card bill from paytm of about ₹75000 and its been a month and still not reflecting in my account. I'm being charged late fee. The paytm customer care sure seems dead.. surprisingly they dont have a contact number for the billing branch but every other branch. They would say to raise a ticket and only chat would help.. but there's no response there too.. its very poor service at their end.. nothing more thn a fraudulent company.

      Dear Sir,
      I have sending you the complaint of the two Fraudulent transactions which were held on 25-Dec-2022 one of Rs.2, 000/- on UPI ID [protected]@axl (Jasmin Javid Nadaf) and second on Rs.18, 000/- on UPI ID [protected]@axisbank (Rupesh Chouhan). Both of the Transactions are incorrect because Three Fake IDS of Telegram wrongly invested my money through UPI transactions regarding the You tube Membership and Partnership. Also tell me that this money will returned back after some time when money was not getting back to me then I came to know that I was frauded by Online Scammers. I made this complaint to cyber crime also as well as with Paytm Bank but still not appropriate result comes for their end as of now more than 10 days are gone so I need your help to recover the amount. I have proof of two transactions on these UPI ids also.

        A payment was made on 5 th January 11 :42 am to Upi id[protected]@paytm of amount Rs 995 having UPI REFERENCENO[protected] .The amount got deducted but payment decline but have not yet recieved my refund even after 7 days.kindly get my refund of Rs 995 in my account

          Hi Team,

          I have placed a mutual fund investment through PayTM Money on 24 November 2022 with the amount ₹1000. It got failed from the order placement from paytm side and it was started the refund. Now it’s been more-than 1.5 months I’m following up with the customer service they couldn’t help me. They requested bank statements and all I have provided thrice now no use. Please help me to recover this.

            I am vinoth, I have purchased gold through paytm on 26/02/2022, for one lakh rupees. Now it is showing zero value of gold in my account, Even after multiple complaint
            Paytm failed to provide me the statement of gold purchased and transaction took place through my mobile number.

              I have talked to paytm customer care many times and told them to deactivate sound box, but till date no message has come from their side and I am getting monthly charges.
              Paytm engages in a trap for customers

                  My car number is HR26DP2342, Tata Tiago, I am travelling from Noida to Panipat and in transit i have passed from jakhauli toll plaza. toll deducted rs 235 from my paytm wallet, while correct toll should be 90 or less.

                            I have taken personal loan through Paytm App on Dec 18th and got all the loan related documents to my register email id with in 2 mins. So far Loan amount didn’t credited into my bank account and in the Paytm app its showing status as Loan Amount Disbursed to My account on same day. I didn’t received any amount til Dec 21st into my account. I have called to the financial partner Aditya Birla and they are saying amount got disbursed from our end and check with Paytm on the same. I have sent email to [protected]@paytm.com and also tried to reach out paytm through call but not getting the proper no’s . In the chat also getting irrelavant product information. I am not getting any proper response from Paytm and wondering how to proceed further on this.

                              Hii, so last month on the 13th November I was ordering shoes from the Nike app. So at the end of the payment process I was paying by net banking of STATE BANK OF INDIA.but after the payment process my money go deducted from the bank but my shoes did not get ordered. And it’s been 37 days but my money didn’t get returned.so here I’m sending you the screen shot of the photo that my money got deducted and the photo of my bank details.
                              Pls do something asap.

                                I have applied for a personal loan throught payTM app, after filling all the required information, I was informed about loan approval and after 2 mins I got loan disburstment email form Aditya Birla lending group. However, the amount did not get credited to my bank account. I am afraid of a potential scam, also, there is no way to contact any customer support for personal loan related query in payTM app. I need help as my emi is already been registered with the target bank account.

                                  Same happened for me, the Paytm app says that my loan was disbursed but I didn't receive money in my account. Tried to contact paytm they have no support for personal loan, the support team sent me the chat link but it’s just a chat bot I can’t get connected to the agent. So I called the lending partner Adithya Birla, they told me that the loan was approved and disbursed from their side . No I have no idea what to do
                                  Can you tell me how long it takes ? As I just applid today and they also sent disburstment email but did not credited the amount to my bank account.

                                    My late fee was not waived as promised by the collection agents, i have received calls from paytm postpaid agents stating kindly repay with 8870/- and your account will be closed within 15 dayes, same agents has mentioned on whatsapp also i have paid 8870/- on 24 November, i was offered to settle the payment 8870/- so paid payment online to paytm app, collection guys said pay the amount late fee of 2610 approx will get waived, still i have received sms and call for due amount, also bad behavior by collection agents on call, they doesnt know how to speak with corporate customer, why they have given me false commitment, i will lodge the complain to the ministry of india about your way that you are dealing with customer and given personal data to your collection team with false statement, you guys are harrasing the customers with their personal data. Kindly take the necessory action to your collection agency and check the call recording for 24 November 2022, please refer the attach snap shot, kindly resolve this metter, i will file petition about very poor service by paytm and bad customer service and playing with customer' mind with their personal data.

                                      I reset my phone yesterday 7th december and install paytm app again...and tried to login but didn't get any otp after few times my account has been blocked and cannot able to login and repay the paytm postpaid amount of ₹3106 next day today they charged a late fees of ₹590. There is no option to contact any costumer care about this issue. Please help me to waived off this illegitimate late fees it is not my fault if i cant able to login my account
