I have raised my ticket number of times for recharge not successful, amount deducted from my account and also refund not have.
so, kindly pls. help.

But this product is not working properly. Please guide the procedure to replace it or refund my payment.
The Samsung service centre said this product is not of Samsung. This is only copy of Samsung. This is not geniun.
