I'm using your services from last 9 years currently i'm facing issues with your postpaid services i was using this service and paid the bill on time i got the 4500 as a credit every time i used and paid on time but from last 3 months it's closed due to some verification and it's failed as per u but there is rs 1675 of mine which i cancelled something and i complained for the same from last 2 month every time i got the same reply that we will revert you in 48-72 hrs and one more send me the screen shot i'm confused that it's 48-72 months or hour's bcoz i'm totally fedup with your customers service kindly refund my amount i don't want to use your services
I'm facing issues with your postpaid services I was using this service and paid the bill on time I got the 5000 as a credit every time I used and paid on time but from last 3 months it's closed due to some verification and it's failed as per u but there is Rs 2250 of mine Which I canceled train ticket and refunded in paytm postpaid and I complained about the same from last 2 months every time I got the same reply that we will revert you verification is in process it will take 17 working days and not it is showing failed and now I am not able to see postpaid option on paytm and I have send screen shoot multiple times but only I get robotic scripted reply.. No solution till now.. I have been using this service for so long and use yo pay on time still I am facing No solution from Paytm Team.

    I have lost 1000rs from credit card with below sms.
    Transaction of rs.1, 000.00 made on sbi credit card without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at paytm (Pgsi) on 15 aug 19.

    I never made any trasaction on this. But i lost 1000 rps. And also i am not using paytm as well this is very disappoit me..

    Could you please help to get refund on this.

      I ordered titan watch on 8 aug & done online payment
      And the expected delivery date was 13aug...
      But the product is not yet been delivered...
      Not the tracking details is being updated...
      And that shadowfax delivery...
      There is no source of contacting them...
      When 2days continuously calling and msging the paytm 24×7 service... The assist persons everyday they are saying that the product will be delivered to you by 15 aug...
      ...
      As today i. E., 15/08/19 there is not updation of my product...
      Nor tracking details have been updated by paytm...
      And not even the single msg or call from (Shadowfax) coureir person uptil now i. E., 4:58pm

        I booked bus ticket through Paytm app. for 10th Aug.From Pune to Hariar

        However due to heavy rain in Pune and land sliding, I received message from bus operator (SRS travel) that bus is not traveling today.You will get full refund of money.Please contact them (Paytm) from where you booked the ticket.Even I called SRS travel and said said the same thing.

        Later when I called Paytm customer care to refund my money, they are saying we can not commit to refund your money and then they are saying we will resolve your issue with 72 hours.Again when I called after 72 hrs passed. Then they are saying you will resolve it withing 24 hrs.Paytm customer care is not in a mood of refunding my money/Its a fraud website.They are just fooling the customer my committing.Its really frustrating and bad user experience.I go wana file a case against Paytm.

          Hello team,

          I had ordered one lint roller on 19th july which is showing delivered on 22nd july. It's been 8 days i am continuously tracking and following up with paytm customer care but no proper response. Everytime when i called customer care people, they told they will let me know after connecting with delivery person. They didn't even bothered to call me back once and tell me the reason. Today i am getting email that i will not get my refund and rejected my request. I am using paytm from last 4.5 years but this thing never happened. Highly dissatisfied and annoyed with this behavior of customer care. Please look into this issue and help me in getting my money and product back asap. Also i would request you to please take strict.

            Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 14aug 2019 at 11am via internet banking. Costing rs.420 for uc credit of 300

            My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
            Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                  I booked an international flight ticket through paytm on 8th August 2019 (Order No. [protected]). I used a promo code DKPLHE49LU2QV4 while booking, which was supposed to give me a cashback of Rs 10, 000 in 24 hours. I have a screenshot of the confirmation of the promocode used which says that i will get a cashback (screen shot attached). Its been 48 hours and have not received any cashback.

                  I have called the paytm customer care THRICE since yesterday and they have been telling me that there was no promo code used. I HAVE A SCREEN SHOT CONFIRMING THAT THE CODE WAS USED.

                      1) paytm recharge done for bsnl rs. 110, it was advertised on paytm app as being full talktime. Receipt shows rs.90 talktime only.

                      2) secondly, recharge not performed and showing as successful. Checked on bsnl portal no mobile no [protected], recharge not performed no transaction exists.

                      3) please recharge immediately or refund the amount.

                      I have a upwest bsnl sim roaming in delhi. Performed recharge rs. 110 on paytm. Images are attached for you perusal from paytm robot customer service which is unhelpful and bsnl portal for transaction history.

                      Proved paytm is misleading as to success of transaction. Kindly refund or perform recharge of 110 or i will have to take the matter to consumer court.
                      I am a loyal customer of paytm using all services like payments bank and physical atm. Please look into it.

                        I registered a complaint to change my mobile number in paytm account and its about 2 weeks and nothing happened..
                        Everyday i call paytm customer care and they say the same thing to wait for their so called concern team to call you and they are only making fraud..
                        Worst service ever i experienced..
                        They are useless, mannerless and fraud..
                        Paytm is nothing just harassing the people in the name of customer service.
                        I was recharge in payment..and the twice recharge on same number so plz one recharge is cancelled..and my payment is back on my bank account

                          My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
                          I'm worried for the same. Some screenshots are also attached.
                          My account has been flagged by system engine and customer care is not responding to the calls. Everytime asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs but didnt provide any resolution.

                            And got a call right after from number ‭+[protected]‬ asking me to submit my documents. After asking him for his details he even send me some fake documents aadhar/pan and a fake company id of paytm.

                            These are serious concerns.

                                  Today i have tried to book train ticket on irctc website online payment of inr 1851.8 with transaction id [protected] towards payee paytm mobile solution, due to birth allotment the transaction got failed and amount got detected from my account. I have raised ticket to irctc and they confirmed the transaction was not communicated by the payment gateway. So please check from paytm side and refund the amount asap.

                                      Fake item received from paytm company.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I bought this item on 23 aug 2018 (Company : paytm mall and sold by heena fashion), after using 3-4 months one side of the earphone stopped working. So i went to the nearest sennheiser service center for replacement as there is 2 years warranty but they said its fake item and gave fake certificate also.

                                      Please find the attached documents
                                      1) fake certificate given by sennheiser authorised center person
                                      2) screenshot of response by paytm person

                                      Please take an action immediately.

                                      Note : it's my 3rd time to get fooled by paytm and no one is taking action against them.
