        I did a recharge of Rs 70 through paytm on 31.01.2015. I received an SMS stating that my recharge is successful and even my bank account was debited but I didnot receive the amount in my phone yet. I had written a mail to [protected]@paytm.com and they replied that after 2 hours I should receive the amount but it's past 24 hours now and still I haven't received the balance in my phone. Please solve this problem at the earliest.

How ever the Bank Statement Shows Rs.60/- has been deducted vide Tras. ID No. POS PRCH/ POS[protected] ONE97 COMMUNICATION L NOIDA. PLEASE VERIFY AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.

          It may be mentioned here that no return SMS/E-Mail sent by you to me about the recharge. You are, therefore once again requested to expedite your decision and inform me through SMS/E-MAIL POSITIVELY.

It have been more than 5 days till now I have not got conformation for recharge but my money had been deducted from my bank account.                   I had recharged my Docomo prepaid number [protected] on 26th Jan with Rs 450. This amount has got deducted from my account but it is not getting reflected in my Docomo balance. Please check why the recharge has not been triggered by the Paytm app I also sent many emails, but there is no response from your end. I will take this matter to consumer forum if not addressed

                        AFTER RECIEVE THE PRODUCT I CAME TO KNOW THAT IS DUPLICATE...AS IT DID NOT CARRY ANY WARRENTY CARD AND THIS 9000MH POWER BANK EVEN NOT ABLE TO CHARGE MY 'NOTE 3NEO PHONE' AT 50%.
                        IT TOOK 1 HOUR TO CHARGE IT FOR 39%.

                        Hi, I bought Nature Best Isopure Protein 7.5 lb, paid 12580/-.                           Sir, I made some purchase through paytm site and later purchased product was returned and money gets reverted to my paytm wallet .I sent a mail to paytm care to refund my wallet money of Rs. 2795 to my bank account on Jan 5th 2015. I asked me some details regarding my account .I had given all details and one cancelled cheque leaf as they asked on Jan 24th 2015. Later on Jan 24th i got a mail from paytm that my money is refunded and my wallet balance is deducted. But till now my money is not credited in my account. No response from the paytm customer care . I cant able to reach them through phone. I request u to take necessary step to forward my issue in a positive way.                               While doing a recharge for [protected] on browsing recharge plan i got a plan in which on recharge of Rs. 44 a TT Of Rs.48 with ni validity and after successfully recharge i did't get any balance while talking ti dicomo care they told that recharge of Rs. 44 is for 30 paise /minute call rate with a validity of 56 days which i don't require.So pls help me in this matter
