Paytm Mobile Solutions — Issues related to paytm wallet refund

There has been a refund processed by cilory online shopping app but the same has not been received in the paytm wallet even after 3 days. Also, if the transaction doesn't show up in the wallet history as it has not yet been received, there's no option to raise issue on that particular transaction. Also, it is extremely difficult or rather impossible to follow up with paytm for any issues
