After so much of complaints on email. I'm writing about paytm.. My money from paytm wallet debited but not yet transferred to my bank. It's been 4 days now no one is ready to help on this. I'm going to consumer court if my money not refund to wallet or transfer to my bank account. Paytm was never did this before to me like this. And the guys on email said it will take 80 hrs to address your issue.
How can you hold customer's money for this much time???
I'm totally frustrated now. And your all customer care numbers are useless. I'm unable to reach any one at customer care agent after so much of wasting money on these numbers.
Transaction is showing pending from many days.
Still nothing has been done yet.
It is my polite request you to refund or transfer my money at the earliest.. This will good for you and for me also to going consumer court.
