[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not received by the receiver while payment deducted

I had sent Rs. 2000/- using paytm to mobile number [protected] (Receiver has an active paytm account). The money was deducted from my account but was not received by the receiver. I raised issue with paytm care many times, but they reply that the money was received., but I checked the account of the receiver and found that the money was not received.
I don't know where to go ans ask for refund.
Please help me.'

No complaints. I have been receiving numerous fake calls about paytm. They are asking my card number.
So I am deleting the complaint

I am having some money in Paytm but i cant withdraw, recharge or even i cant log in to my account

Sir my mob no is [protected] regtrd. For paytm . a some of rupees 100 sent to pytm account # [protected] from Indian bank TEF. No.[protected] on 19.01.2017. Unfortunately patym wallet nt credited. Please see the condition and do it forthwith thanks.
