Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non Payment of Vodafone-Idea Mobile recharge

I am not a member of PayTM or not a Company. I am writing this as an Individual Sr. Citizen, as I did not get any response on PayTM Customer care and found only this site to register a complaint.
I had recharged my mobile ([protected]) for a one year plan by paying on line Rs. 2, 399 through Axis Bank, Karvenagar Branch, Pune (IFSC : UTIB0001436) on 18-Jan-2021.
I was surprized to receive an alert notice that my mobile validity will end on 11-Jul-2021. On checking with V-I, I was told that they have not received any payment and advised to check with the bank. Bank says that it has transferred the money to PayTM.
The Bank statement says "INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD" I have attached a photo of the statement showing the related matter.
Kindly do the needful and help me to get the unpaid amount refunded.
