Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm -- Money send to wrong number.

I accidentally transferred 17500 to a payment number on a wrong numbers, I need a refund, I have also messaged Paytm with transaction id snapshots.
For this I have messaged Paytm with snapshots, but so far I have not received any reply from Paytm.
I am completely helpless as I transferred the amount from paytm wallet not from Bank. I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and the request made through paytm app to send money was declined.
Paytm needed to respond and got my money back.
I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.
