I wanted to experiment Postpaid on Paytm and applied in Aug, 2021. Later I found it not useful and asked them to close my account after paying the balance on that account.
Now, in my CIBIL, I see I have defaulted on payment to Aditya Birla F L on Rs 12K which is now after interest is around Rs13k. This ABFL account was thru Paytm when Postpaid was enabled.
I tried to reach Paytm 24x7 but their "chatbox" asks predefined questions only. No option to enter your query to submit or reach to customer support person. I send email to [protected]@patym.com and no response. Their phone number just hangs up saying lines are too busy.
I just want to pay that amount and get CIBIL credit report corrected. My repeated emails has no response from them. Its been 15 days, and I am suppose to pay interest for their delay. Was this information helpful? |
