[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — unable to use indigo credit shell amount through paytm website | |||
Booked a indigo flight tickets for 4 passengers through paytm. Due to the covid 19 journey was cancelled and the amount was credited to indigo credit shell. No. Of passengers: 4 Pnr number: me25jy Date of journey[protected] From hyderabad to dehradun Indigo side service: Last month or whether i try to book from indigo website showing the below error message while using indigo credit shell option. Error message: it seems the previous booking was made either by a travel agent or from another customer login id. To utilise your credit shell, please contact your travel agent or try making a new booking from the same customer id. So i called to the indigo customer care and they booked the ticket from their end. Now when i am trying to book another ticket again they are saying that policy was changed since last month and keep changing frequently, booking is possible through paytm only. Paytm service: So i tried to in paytm website to book for 1 passenger by indigo credit shell option using pnr number - me25jy but it is not allowing to book for 1 passenger showing the attached screenshot error message. When i select all the other 4 passengers then only able to use credit shell of total amount and paying extra amount. Here the other passengers are not travelling though. Then called to the customer care and they said it needs the approval from their side to use the partial indigo credit shell and to reply back the complaint email which was sent by them with the details o[censored]sing the amount and name of the passenger and all. It has been 24hrs since complaint there is not response from them and even when i call them they are saying to wait for further. Paytm complaint reference id:[protected] If possible need refund to credit back to bank so that it can be used instant book or to book a ticket with the below details which is a one of the 4 passengers.
