Paytm Payments Bank — refund of order on amazon

I have cancelled an order of 799 rs and 302 rs on amazon which was paid by me through upi but till now i have not receive my money in bank account. I have contacted in customer care of amazon then he say that it has been sent to your bank and contact your bank customer care then i call bank customer care he say that i have not receive any refund from amazon. Please, provide my money as soon as possible
