Paytm Payments Bank — unauthorized amount deduction

I received sms from paytm payments bank that a sum of 53 rupees deducted from my account for subscription charges of physical debit card for a year. I am unable and
I don't want to use the physical debit card. I want to back my money.
Please deactivate and return my money asap
