Hi,
I purchased gold from Paytm around 6 grams.
And for the same I requested for the delivery in the form of 2 gold coins.
One of 5 gram and one of 1 gram.
I ordered the coins on 4th Feb 2022.
And on the 7th of Feb someone from paytm called me and informed me that they are cancelling my order.
For which I did received the gold in my Paytm gold locker.
But I also paid shipping charges and making charges of the coins .
The total amount which I paid for making charges and shipping charges was rupees 1373.
After repeated messages to customer care I got refund for only 1 gram coin of around 388, but I didn't received the amount of around 985 rupees of the 5 gram coins.
I contacted Paytm soo many times but no response.

I also registered complaint in National Consumer Helpline

Please refund my money or i will seek to highlight this issue in different social media platforms tagging Paytm and Paytm CEO
And now Paytm is keep on extending my delivery date on the portal.
