This is to intimate you that I have applied for Personal Loan through Paytm Postpaid and my KYC and all the formalities was completed by paytm and after succesful completion I received a mail from Aditya Birla Finance Limited abount my loan Tanure of 30 months details but I still have not received amount of 2, 84, 070 INR when I reached out to paytm redressal team they mentioned that the amount has already been disbursed as per their system, I have shared my bank details etc but still there is no update on my issue only they are asking the time of 48hours etc for Investigation. I need the amount on urgent basis and the said means alot for me, Also they have made an EMI as well as per their system in Paytm application and the date of auto debit of EMI will be 5th May, 2023 (5th Day of Every Month)
