Paytm Postpaid — No reversal of excess payment on paytm poatpaid

Paytm. Postpaid has no option to reverse thr amount to source account i had did apyment thrice it failed twice but all 3 transaction were success after next day when i tried to raise an issue in paytm postpaid there is no way to raise it
