I have a paytm postpaid account of 60000 and I had a excess balance above 60k due to over payment, now again it is showing 14k bill payment, I have hardly used any balance, and on 3rd itself I cleared bill Bal 576 and now again it is showing 14k as bill payment to be made. Previous month my acc was showing excess amount in paytm postpaid acc also
this is paytm postpaid acc no PYTMPPABFL[protected]
I raised a complain ticket and requested for the statement of my acc and still they didnt send any and keep getting call from automated call centre. Was this information helpful? |
