Paytm Postpaid — Totalling errors

The recent postpaid bill generated had an error in spent vs. billed.
Couldn't reach the right team through app or phone call even after many trials.
All automated responses are with very few options and one sided.
Resolution of problem doesn't seem to happen.
Feel very unhappy with this kind of team and response.

They don't even send the bill details by email. Always the app fails in sending emails when clicked
