Paytm Postpaid — Without My approval Transaction done itself

I'm not done in paytm last 2 purchase or transaction but in paytm showed below amount im done that like
Transaction - 1 (INR 9897.97)
Transaction -2 (INR 3780)

I raised this complaint on paytm customercare and cybercrime website

i want resolve this issue im not pay this amount to paytm postpaid
