Paytm — Recharge not received yet

I have recharged my Vodafone number [protected] with 180 Rs on 21st sept 2015. I haven't received the recharge yet. It is showing that waiting for operator confirmation. And there is no way that I can reach out to customer care executive of Paytm. Few days back also I had made wrong recharge of Rs 199 by mistake. I dropped mail and tried to reach them but nothing happened. Paytm is providing the slowest and worst service as I have experienced and they have not provided anyway to reach out to them immediately. Especially I advise not to book bus tickets because for that also I did not receive any confirmation then I had to call the bus operator to confirm whether the ticket has got booked or not.
