[Resolved]  Paytm — Refund amount from Amazon is not reflected on my Paytm bank account

I have ordered an Armani watch from Amazon worth rs17, 495. But I have received an incorrect order so I made a return and asked for a refund. As the mistake is from Amazon they accepted the return and initiated a refund on June 20, 2023. Amazon confirmed that they sent the money to my bank account but I haven't received any money into the Paytm payments bank account. Amazon provided me the refund reference number to verify with Paytm but Paytm is saying they couldn't find any details of the refund.
