I am Syed mohd ali my query is regarding my refund amount of 299/- regarding sound box.
I purchased sound box online from my paytm Mechent app ..but none of your executive told me that there will be monthy charge of 125/- every month ..before delivery i already told your customer service executive that plz cancell my order but they do the false promise that plz recieve the sound box on e you received the sound box you can raise a request for deactivation.and our representative pic up the sound box ..once order pic automatically refund will be give to u in 7 working days so I did the same ..
So it's already 1 month I haven't received my refund yet.. today again I call to customer service they said that you are not eligible for refund...is this kind of support you are providing to us .
