[Resolved] PayU — failed irctc tatkal ticket refund not received | |||||
On 2nd april 2018 i was booking a ticket on irctc mobile app through payu payment gateway, unfortunately transaction failed and money got debited from my bank account (State bank of india). Now irctc is showing that it has refunded the payment in payu bank. But i did not received even a single penny in my account. (I didn't had payu wallet account i just used their payment gateway) please forward this problem to the concerned authority as it is been already 10 days past. Transaction id. May 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 13, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Your TXN id [protected] has been refunded via ARN 74332748093809299834481 from our end.
