Verified Support Oct 20, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi! Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a chargeback with your issuing bank against this transaction. Neither I have received the product nor refund of my money. You are also conniving with merchant by not providing his details, contact no, email id etc.your page is full of complaints of similar nature yet you have chosen to turn blind eye in the fraud.At least you can do is stop working for this fraudster if your hands are clean.I really petty your greed.
