I also paid RS.399 on 31.07.21through PayU and I didn't receive the consignment.what I should do.

I ordered 3 shirts online from the ads in Instagram here i am sharing the bill it's 359 rupee something i ordered it on 17 August 2021 but I didn't get anything from them please refund it to me my money
