Payuib — payment deducted but service not received

My name is neeraj... At the time of payment of ignou examination form amount is deducted to my account but form is not submitted to ignou, site show form again to fill... So kindly refund of rs 900 in my account.. My banking banking team say amount is deducted to my account... And received by merchent... So kindly reverse the amount asap. Pls contanct me if any information needed.
