Payuib — received message proposal no 11545165t01 of 949 initiated for refund

Iam satish ordered raki from fens n petals with order id on 8 aug 2019 with my order id is 11645165. They could not deliver it so initiated refund.
On aug 23 received message from payuib your refund of rs 949 aganist proposal no 11545165t01 received from ferns n petals has been processed on your card and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.
If it is initiated when will i receive amount. Please confirm
