Payuib — refund of red bus ticket | |||
Hi i have tried booking a ticket from red bus and the amount got deducted from my account. But i didn't got the ticket. I have received a message from payuib that "your refund request of rs.1104 against proposal no.[protected] received from ibio group private limited has been processed on your casrd and will reflect in your account within 10 working days". I got an sms from payuib that the refund of redbus ticket booking cancellation amount will be debited in your account within 10days but still I didn't receive so please kindly check my refund status

Hi.have u got refund amount. I am too facing this issue?
My transaction no - [protected] for Rs.1860 deducted from my HDFC account for 3 tickets to snow city bangalore but, tickets are not issued. I need the refund of the same.When contacted to the snow city manager merchant. He mentioned that the payment is not received and to check with payuib for refund. No refund provided from payuib so far.
