I had cancelled my bus ticket which was scheduled on 19.1.2020 and i received a message that my payment has been processed."your refund request of rs 1424.10 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days." but i haven't received my amount yet.
