Regards, Team PayU) I was tried to contact the merchant to solve this matter.. they suggest me that was a failed transaction, amount of rs.2044.50 will refund after few days from payumoney they also suggest do a new transaction to admit the student..please sir do better as soon as possible

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I had made a payment of 928.98 on 31st may 2018 to EDMC, the amount is deducted from my account but it is not reflecting on their website, Details are: Payment Id :[protected], Merchant Transaction Indentifier : 3402da13bc6717d0a4db

I have made a payment of 6060 the amount got deducted from my bank and then I received an e-mail from PayUmoney stating that transaction has failed and amount will be refunded shortly. Can you please let me know how many days will it take to credit in my bank account.
