[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount debited but not credited to merchant (ghmc) | |
On 21/4/2020, i had initiated a payment of rs. 4521/- through the ghmc app for the payment of my property tax. The amount was debited through the citrus pay payment gateway through google pay upi but it showed that the transaction failed after i entered the ghmc app and my account was debited. Please update me on the status of the transaction and provide details about when the refund would be processed.
