Hi team, today 5 sep 2021 amount debited from my kotak bank. For DL (AP driving licence). Transaction failed but amount debited. I paid through my phonepay to payu QR code. Details I got confirmation from my bank through message. Like Rs.1260.00 is debited from Kotak Bank a/c XXXX7537 to yellowqr.[protected]@hdfcbank on 05-09-21. I need refund. As checked, this is a successful transaction via payment Id[protected]PayU id [protected]) at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant Government of Andhra Pradesh.
