[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount deducted from my account but not deposited in merchant's (postal life insurance account) | |
On 30.06.2020 i have paid my postal life insurance's policy no:cg-25976-uc premium rupees 4243/- from my icici credit card, authorization id: 872143. But the amount not yet credited in the pli account. Still the apyment is showing pending. Please resolve the issue at the earliest & credit the amount in my pli policy. As checked, this is a successful transaction via transaction Id - OR[protected] and bank reference number[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
