PayUMoney — Amount got deducted from my account but not credited to supplier.

Book the Item in Ethnic Smart, amout got deducted from IDFC Account but in Ethnic smart website it is showing as In Processing.Can you please look in to it .Revert my amount or pay to Ethinic smart.

I have placed an an order of Rs.6293 on EthnicSmart.com on 17th October 2020.
The payment got successful. But I received no confirmation from the merchant but confirmation received from Payu. But money stands debited from my account.

There is no way I'm being able to contact Payu.

Can you please revert my amount - 6293 rs

You can revert throught Phone pay /Google Pay /Pay tm to [protected] /[protected]
