I have paid Rs.5892-00 through payment Id[protected] with Marchant Order Id-[protected] on 07/10/2020. Since, the amount paid to the wrong Head of Account, the amount could not be credited to the Head of Account to which it was intended. Hence, I request that the amount of Rs.5892/- may kindly be refunded at the earliest. Aug 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 16, 2020 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi! As checked, this is a successful transaction via payment Id[protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant "Government of Andhra Pradesh". For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end. Further, please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.
