Hello,

I 've contacted payumoney for the bank verification and for the amount which got struck with them for the initial payments done from the website.

We've verified the bank account from our end with their process, still there is no update regarding this. I ve tried calling them, no response. I've mailed to the same thread to call back or to respond with the resolution. Still no response!

I kindly request you to contact us and resolve the problem right away.

    The problem has been registered before two months. But it is still not resolved. Even after scheduling call.. There are no call backs.

    We own a website called Acumen connect. An email thread was running from the past two months. As said, I verified the secret amount. However, the dashboard does not show it was verified. Also, it is not giving an option to upload the documents.

    They 've informed that there was some technical issue from your end and that's the reason there was a delay. But, I have not received any response from the thread which is been followed from the initial email. I 've also tried calling you, however, there was no response.

    I've also scheduled a call, but haven't received any. Our money is struck with you. If you cant speeden up or could not resolve this, please let us know, we'll withdraw our services from your platform.

    I wanted this to be sorted right away. Please respond.

      But yet my sbi bank nit reflect the credit to my account and they denied such amount nit credited by you.

      So please help us and credited to my account

              Sir, i made payments of rs.1414- through your gate way on[protected] for my airtel land line telephone. And the reciept no. Is 8244410 and the transaction reference number is[protected]. But the same has not been credited in airtel,.                   I have made payment for tirumala tirupati devsatanam darshan ticket at the time of booking when we searched in google the first website came is www.balajii.in and without noticing it is fraud website i have booked the ticket. After making payment i have received receipt from padmavathitravel which is registered with you and i have not received ticket and not able to reach the number they have given and also it has been informed to my credit card company to cancel the transaction and refund. Kindly check and try to bloc these fraudulent sites and merchants id's because it has been registered with you and payment is going to route through you only. Hence check and refund the same to my credit card account

                          Sir, i pay the money online about that my fresh driving licence on 02/02/2019. That time payumoney server is taken 2 time fee in my account.                                 I have made an order for a book from snapmint and payment had been made by using payaumoney. I have cancelled the order and snapmint has refund my amount rs5370 on 10 january 2019 which has to be credited on my account upto 14 january 2019. But till now the said amount has not credited. To resolve the issue i mail snapmint and payumoney also customer care then he has given an arn no.-[protected]. To loddge the complain regarding this issues. So a kind request to you to do something to resolve my problem.

                                I have got my refund ...thank's a lot...
                                48 Hours back i was trying to book a train ticket from my mobile
                                application(android) and transaction failed and money has deducted.

                                Till now the money has not come back to my saving account.

Sathish Kumar called me in the morning at 10.30am saying he is from HDFc bank and informed me that we are offering you an upgrade for your credit card from regalia first to regalia gold and also informed me that you have 8927 points that will be elapsed if I don't use them or transfer them to any other account. Then he asked my other card details where I wanted to transfer and suddenly I got message of 8297 deduction from my credit card. I asked me then he said yes it will be locked for 2 hours after that the money will has deducted will be back in your account. And once I keep this phone you will get a tracking ID. It's been 6 hours and I havent received any refund nor tracking ID. Even I called him back but he didn't received my call [protected].

                                    Please look into this and help me get hold.of this fraud transaction
