The problem has been registered before two months. But it is still not resolved. Even after scheduling call.. There are no call backs.
We own a website called Acumen connect. An email thread was running from the past two months. As said, I verified the secret amount. However, the dashboard does not show it was verified. Also, it is not giving an option to upload the documents.
They 've informed that there was some technical issue from your end and that's the reason there was a delay. But, I have not received any response from the thread which is been followed from the initial email. I 've also tried calling you, however, there was no response.
I've also scheduled a call, but haven't received any. Our money is struck with you. If you cant speeden up or could not resolve this, please let us know, we'll withdraw our services from your platform.
I wanted this to be sorted right away. Please respond.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
