On 18.01.2017, i was booking a train ticket through irctc site & i had choosed payment option via your sites but unfortunately payment deducted by my bank account but ticket is not happen.

            I made a payment of inr 27730 using payumoney for a training institute, the name of the institute is vellicate technologies (https://www.payumoney.com/store/product/a5aecf40bb4339aac[protected]afbce8). the payment has got deducted from my account, however i have got an e-mail from payumoney that the payumoney has failed - transaction dropped (Payment id[protected].

            My amount has been removed from hdfc account, and payumoney has not yet returned my money. As this is a big amount, i am worried.
            PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I am requesting this compliant second time please check this payment transaction ID[protected] and the payment was debited from my payumoney wallet on 04th jan 2018, 12:13pm until i dint get back money. please check this issue fastly and refund it.

                Have booked two tickets on irctc using payubiz gateway using my PNB card and cancelled the tickets later due to some reason. On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payummp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.

                  The following transaction was carried out to register myself as a participant in a conference. I have made a wrong payment before the acceptance of the paper. Once you cancel the above-mentioned transaction i can stop worrying about the payment.                       While filling online exam form through payumoney gateway on http://ubterjeep.in using ICICI bank visa debit card, the transactions failed, while money (RS 819) was deducted from my bank account.

                          I was depositing 3100 rs in my koinex account via payumoney by using airtel payment bank, the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my account.

                          So this is request either deposit 3100 in my koinex account or refund it back in my airtel payment bank

                                This is to inform that a fake transaction of rs 15299 has been done on my credit card on 8th jan 18

                                  I have made a payment to Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg-Jalandhar on 09 Jan.2018 of INR.13163.60 through Net Banking portal of my SBI account. PayUMoney trans. ID:[protected].
                                  SBI debit ref. [protected]IGACRQQJH4

                                  Both SBI account statement and PAyUMoney received SMS shows that the amount is credited and payment transaction was successful. Still the amount is not transferred to Apeejay School payment portal and is showing as outstanding/not paid.

                                  So, PayUMoney, kindly credit the amount either to Apeejay School (Merchant) payment portal or credit it back to my SBI account no.

                                    amount debited from my account but got a transaction failed message

                                    I made a payment to merchant british council using payment gateway payu. Transaction id igacrapil7 jan 5th 2018. Amount got deducted from my account but i got a transaction failure message.

                                    When contacted payu regarding the same i got a reply saying the merchant was credited and the transaction was a success. So they cant help in this regard. However merchant (British council) says amount was not credited to their...

                                    I have booked rental bike and traveled and returned the vehicle in 31st december 2017. I have transferred amount to bike rental company through payumoney. They have initiated refund amount on 1st january itself. Its not credited to my account till now. There is no transaction details in payumoney. I have transaction details given by bike rental company below.

                                    Payment id[protected] on 01/01/2018. Please find the arn number for the refund transaction as[protected]. Request you to kindly contact your bank with the arn number.

                                    Already i have sent so many emails to payumoney.. but no proper response.. Do u guys have any single phone connection? I have checked with bank several times.. they are saying its not a successful transaction.. Its just initial transaction reference.. Please check attached payumoney statement.. Here refund payment mode is mentioned as CASH. Why is like that? how come it will reflect to bank? And status is just showing completed? Why it is not REFUNDED?

                                    We have been following up to fix our swipe machine for past 2 weeks.
                                    No one has reverted back yet
                                    Ian pay money through Manappuram gold loan app .but money is debited through pay U 204946/- from rainbow industries.transaction id: TBPPT/20180112/000NUJNY. [protected].But not credited.

Bill number :[protected]. Customer name : chaugule ajit parisappa. Bill date : 31/12/2017. Bill month : dec 2017. Bill group number : th043009. Payment amount. Rs 1201.00, payu convenience fee : rs 10.72.
                                      Sir request you to refund the mount of rs 1211.72. To my bank account. This bill is not my. I am not staying there it was a mistake from my end.
