Hi,
We got a fraud call from [protected] on 12th september 2017. They stated that they are from sbi bank and got are debit card details. After that they transferred a sum of total 14999 rs. (One 9999 and another 5000) to payu through sbi debit card by online transaction. The card number ends with 5374. I have already filed fir. I urge you to refund the money as soon as possible.

    By mistake money paid to vtu belgaum without knowing the details. I want my money to be refunded soon as early as possible. It is the hard earned money by our parents
    This payumoney can't grab it soo easily

      I have use payumoney gateway to for making a payment but again the amount deducted from bank but not credited to other account. The description are given below.

      On the first it show that status is ok and after the in second screen it show a error " we are sorry but the transaction was failed, reason : bank was unable to authenticate.

            I purchased a product from healthxp.in and it was canceled due to delievery not available in my region. The money was paid through payumoney. For refund they told me to wait 3-5 days. But i still haven't received my money back. The payumoney payment id is[protected]. I called health xp couple of times but the issue wasn't resolved and also emailed payumoney but they didn't reply.

              I was about to do my 2 train tickets from bpl to vsg on 2nd september 2017... As my bank was not mentioned in debit card folder of irctc... I did my transaction through payumoney portal, where my money was debited from my bank but didn't issued any ticket... Neither my money was refunded... Payumoney customer services are also not responding...

              Please check the details and try to refund my money to my bank.

                I paid the registration fee of bihar police constable vacancy amounting rs. 500.80 through pay u money on 29.08.2017 at 11:18 am. The transaction id is s16610060. But my transation showed failed and amount had also beed debited. A massage came that the money will be refunded but till now my money has so far not been refunded. Please look into the matter.

                    I got many calls on my number to sign up for personalized matrimony services from one of the http://www.shaadimubarak.net/ agents. (Agent name akansha singh mob: [protected])

                    Assuming this is some valid matrimony site i signed up for services and paid rs 7775 for 6 months of personalized, assisted matrimony services using
                    Payumoney payment gateway
                    But, after they got the money, they disappeared and are not taking any calls or replying to my messages. Phone number mentioned on the site is always switched off. Basically, i'm not getting the services they promised during calls. I feel people behind this site are a big fraud and payumoney is supporting them.

                    I paid shaadimubarak.net rs. 10, 890.90 towards membership on 12/02/2018.

                    Immediately after receiving the money, the agent disappeared.
                    I have not received any website id, personalized services, not even a profile was created after paying for membership since february.
                    Nobody else contacted me from the agency for over 6 months and they are refusing to refund money and are not answering emails and phone calls.

                      I have made payment of rs. 2684.28 through payumoney vide transaction number[protected] dated 17/07/2017. I have received mail immediately through payumoney buyer care. That "we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We wish to inform you that your payment id:[protected] with delhi jal board has failed. We have not received funds for this transaction. Your bank will process auto refund within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding saturday, sunday and bank holidays) from the date of transaction. You may also contact your bank regarding the same." but as per mail received from axis bank malviya nagar branch ""as per the confirmation received by the biller, the enclosed transaction has been successfully updated with them, hence no refund is applicable. Prn : juti[protected]". I have sent so many mails to payumoney care but till time no response.

                            I received 3 emails from [protected]@payumoney.com stating that i have made a payment to 'rajasthan university of health science'.
                            I did not make any such payment. The first email said that the payment failed and the second email said that payment was successful for amount "rs 1513.39".

                            Again i did not make any payment and i have nothing to do with rajasthan university. I'm afraid that my privacy has been compromised.

                              ever.i request payumoney to immediately take action against this and refund

                              the deducted money back to me or else ask this website owners to send me

                              the item since they r the merchant website through which i made the

                                  PayUmoney is having alliance with fraudulent companies like thetripplaners and holiday squares... PayUmoney is doing transactions on their behalf and then the money is taken into other accounts which PayUmoney does not disclose. So the travel tours company gets away and this is their modus operandi. Cybercrime police is investigating this matter. Soon we will highlight this on national media.
                                  Please beware of doing credit card transactions via PayUmoney. You may get cheated. Your goods will not be delivered.
                                  Avoid PayUmoney nationwide.

                                      Dear sir/madam i have been cheated by one of payumoney registered vendor sandeep singh of holiday square the vendor has done fraud and not providing the service for the payment was made i have contacted payumoney but they say they cannot do anything and the vendor has cheated many other people this has raised big questions on pm digital compagain. Request you to please take up this matter with payumoney. My transaction i'd with payumoney is[protected] amount 9965 dated 03.02.17 please take this matter with the concerned i have lost my hard earned money please help in getting it refund. Payumoney is involved making fool of customers and promoting fraud. I have been discussing this with there customer care and they are giving me excuses after excuses. Payumoney is controlled by ravi singh and his phone is[protected] and email is ravi. [protected]@payumoney.com. Ravi has a brother sandeep singh who runs fraud company in noida at tel.[protected]. The fraud companies are holiday squares and thetripplaners which use payumoney for taking money and don't give clients the hotel deal... If you can kindly email ravi ; they will force sandeep to give them money and then payumony will refund me. I have told payumoney that according to rbi rules the merchant has to be disclosed as he is registered with payumoney and they would be partners in crime and fraud. So rbi will cancel payumoney licence. With above facts, payumoney will cooperate and they have given back money refund to many customers cheated before. I have their emails also if necessary. There is lot news on Facebook and other social media the involvement of PayUmoney with Holiday Square as the money was paid via PayUmoney . Please refund the money as soon as possible and do not send generic reply. I have escalated this to PMO office also please beware.as we all victims are together if money not refunded we will to any limit to ensure PayUmoney licence gets cancelled .                                       All fraud merchants are using payumoney gateway. So it looks like fishy. Payumoney do not do background check or business model check of merchant. And also they will initially give reply to us like parrot and will not take any action on merchants. I had same issue with trip4holiday fraud merchant but raised the issue to CEO. Finally after 1 month money refunded by payumoney. Better to complain RBI as so many fraud mechants are there on this gateway

                                        A fraud transaction of rs 6988 was carried out on my credit card vide payment id[protected] on 31 aug 2017. Immediately a complain was lodged in lucknow cyber cell video complain no. 1241 within one hour. But my money has not been refunded till date. It's violations of rbi guidelines. You are requested to refund the money immediately as fraud was reported within 1 hour of incident.
