Please don't go with payumoney payment gateway they are cheating by getting money from people kind request to people who buy payumoney. intially I have used free payumoney then a person called me govardhan sharma from payumoney said me to get payu biz which is premium you get .75 on every transaction later I said okay and paid 11k for him through payumoney later few days said to sign and send the document I have sent it after few days no one is picking my call and still the payment gateway is not activated yet I want my money refund unless I file a case 138 act and 420 act.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I pay my bill through of eletricity bill thrught (pspcl) by using payumoney...but the transction has been cancelled but money is debited from acc... pls refund iit

    My transaction made on 20 Jan 2017 of 5960 rupees with zoom car. Money was deducted from my account but transaction was unsuccessful. Money not refunded till date. I made this transaction on 20 Jan 2017 with my axis bank account in online banking.

        I ordered a perfume from Perfumery.co.in on 09/01/2017 and payment was made to Xeryus Retail Pvt. Ltd through Payumoney. Since the seller did not shipped my order nor gave any information from their end for over a wee, I approached Payumoney on 17/01/2017with my complaint and requested them for a refund. But they suggested that I should contact the merchant to resolve the issue. Accordingly I followed their advice and tried to contact the merchant but to no avail. Again I approached payumoney with my problem and asked them to make the refund . This time they said that they would co -ordinate with the said merchant and gave assurance to update me with further information. However till date, I am not getting any information from them either. This is day light robbery and downright despicable. Please help.

            I have been deceived on 9/1/2017 by an amount of Rs.15000 from a fake call on behalf of SBI Credit Card. Transaction id- 000429 for Rs.5000 & 0000015 for Rs.10000. On investigation from UP Cyber Crime Cell the name of the beneficiaries have been traced and the id's of the fraudstars have also been traced.

                        After repeated complaints about this matter my problem has not been resolved. My machine has stopped accepting international credit cards, it used to previously. I am assured the problem is resolved but the problem still persists.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I would like to lodge a complaint against for The trip planners, Noida base company, whose contact no is[protected] for doing fraud with customers.

                                  In the company there is Mr. Chirag may be manager (not sure about his designation) called up to my officail no. ([protected]) and informed about the plan and gifts along with it which i asked to send me full mail and other details. Since everything seems fine (company details and package) i opted the plan and paid approx 10 thousand as they do not have option for to do the payment with post delivery the gift our vouchers. Later they said they will be sending gift and trip plan voucher which i did not get till now.
                                  Have spoke to them and asked to cancel the plan on which they said there would be 4% cnacellation charges and rest will refund the money in my bank account in next 45 days. Its been now 90 days after that mail where they agreed to pay the money but till now we havent received the money.

                                  After that when again i tried to reach the manager all customer care are saying that they can not forward my call to manager as well telling that my plan was non cancellable. I am really surprise to know that initial they said that it is refundable and agreed on refund now they are denying it even not taking up the call. As well their mails are not working now.

                                  Would request you to please help me out to refund my money and to take serious action against them as they are simply misguiding customer and doing fraud. I have all evidence in mail where they agreed to pay my money.

                                  Don't book through TP solutions. They are a fraud company. They do not even confirm hotel bookings and make you wait endlessly.
                                  TP solutions trip planner is fake company please strong action on this chated company so please do not on line bookings on this company

Whenever I try to make card payment at any shop with Pay U money card swipe machine, it rejects payment showing unknown error. The debit card works well with other POS points.
