    Dear sir
    On dated 11/10/2016
    I had ordered the medicine on tablettee on line and paid the amount rs 2206 through payumoney payment id[protected] merchant lab91 software private limited
    But still the product not deliver to me
    I just received the call from pay u money.
    Representer told me that they have excluded the merchant, so now they will not be able to refund.
    Bur sir my question is that at the time of payment, was the merchant excluded?
    If the merchant was excluded, than why my payment has been release to merchant.
    Is this the extraction from pay u money?
    Where is the buyer protection policy?
    Why my money transferred to merchant, without my delivery confirmation?
    Kindly refund my money asap

      A PAYMENT OF Rs.1056.00 was debited from my credit card of ICICI BANK on 7th October 2016 towards payment for sending gift to my son thro' INDIA GIFT PORTAL.
      THE MONEY WAS DEBITED BUT THE ORDER ON THE FIRM COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED AS SOME PROBLEM AROSE FROM YOUR SIDE.
      TRANSACTION REF. 74678446282216085510321.
      IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED, BUT MORE THAN A MONTH HAS PASSED BUT MONEY IS YET TO BE REFUNDED.
      PLEASE CHECK AND REFUND MY AMOUNT OF Rs.1056.00 immediately
      PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Pay U money is a fraudster. four times they took my money which didnt reached to the merchant and they are not refunding the same. They havent shared any contact number so that they can bluff people without any hindrance. when i am emailing them they are saying that this transaction cant be traced out.

      They are biggest Fraudsters.
      Today i paid 699 Rs but my order not sjuccesful but money credited from my acount and it not refunded . It was from whaaky .com on 14/11/2016. myPayment Id is[protected]

        Please be aware while transacting through Payumoney because if the merchant registered with Payumoney do not refund the money Payumoney do not provide any refund and do nothing from their side for the custumer.
        I paid Rs.30000 through payumoney to letsgotrips.com for Andaman trip on[protected] and merchant provided only hotel details and told will provide flight details in next 4-5 days but when I call after 4-5 days his mobile was coming switch off so I approached payumoney for the same and meanwhile confirmed from hotel about booking so it was not booked so I asked payumoney that the merchant letsgotrips.com is fraud and is registered with payumoney so payumoney should refund my money and recover it from merchant. After that I received call from merchant on[protected] that he will refund the full amount within 7-10 days as per company policy but now it has been more than 20 days when I call merchant no response and payumoney is telling as your amount is settled please contact with merchant.
        As I trusted payumoney with the transaction, I want refund from payumoney as merchant is registered with Payumoney.

        YOU People are really fake you use to keep money with you nobody is there to help anyone if any client made payment by your gateway you people always have excuses because you do not want to release the payment of Merchant .
        I have faces same problems so many times MR. Vivek from sales Priyam rastogi account manager are fraud .
        They don't have any manner how to talk with anyone? They are fully fraud. No Process. Useless company. They go on making you fool in the name coding error and etc. So plz beware while integrating with this fellows. Real fraud.

          I am also a victim of payumoney, I was the merchant and they did the same rubbish thing with me . They told that my account is suspended but they are not ready to give answer?. But I know very well how to shut their business.
          I am looking for majority. Please share your email ID's and Contact numbers, so I can proceed further.
          My payment is paid but not send my receipt in gmail and send my proper payment receipt send please hurry up than after refund my payment

            We had raised a ticket requesting to change the domain name from www.shrilakshmichitramandira.com to www. srilakshmichitramandira.com, the issue has not been solved yet. Its been 20 days we raised the ticket, we are unhappy with the response by the team.

            The technical team says they have already passed the issue to business team, but we haven't got any response from business team.

            Kindly solve the issue as early as possible. We are facing lot of problems without payment mode.

              Inabove regards i had purchase 1 mob. ph.of samsung co.costing abt. rs 11000.i and my wife clubbed our jp miles and ordered for mobile.remaining amt was transfered to concern agency from our saving a/c.but by mistke amt of rs 4000/00 also was tr. to payu in more. now we have to take back rs 4000/00 from them.since last 76 days we are providing all details but no responce is given from them, lastly yhey asked for my debit card detail. i think some malish intentation is there.how can a big co. like this is making peoplefoolish.it is afake co.hoping a favourable reply. regards from ismail patel.

                      I had paid through payumoney for a bike rental service called royal brothers. After that the deposit was supposed to be refunded to my account by payumoney. I received a message saying that the refund has been initiated and will reflect in my account within 3-5 working days but it has still not been transferred to my account. The transaction id for the refund is[protected]

                        Today is the last day of my homeguard form. My payment is not cleared by you.. Please clear it earlier as possible. Actually, i submitted my mode of fee payment through payumoney by axis bank account on 14th oct 2016 but still also that fee payment is not clear by you my fee payment and my payment id is[protected] and sbi bank transaction reference no is - inb/[protected]/payu.in/fee

                          We cannot make transaction above Rs.1000 . we have integrated password and user id provided by your Payumoney team but still our clients cannot make transactions above rs.1000.As well when we send email invoice there also transaction beyond Rs.1000 are not done

                            We have swapped a card against the bill for booking of flight ticket & hotel booking charges. The amount has been debited from my customer's account but the same amount is not credited in my account. When i contacted payu money they told that the amount is on hold for 4 months. I want to know that is there any such guideline from rbi to hold the money for such long time.

                                  Order[protected] and[protected] of Rs. 986.51 on 2oct2016 wasn't successful and I have cross checked with the merchant www.tripleplay.in and they do confirmed it.

                                  But, payu is fraudantly saying that it was successful transaction.

                                  I want to raise refund dispute and challenge buyers right to invoke immediately.

                                  Please resolve it at earliest.
