Dear all,

As a Merchant, Never go with Payumoney Payments systems. B-coz they staff is trained by Company to hold the money of Seller / Purchaser / Merchants for a maximum period.

Delaying of funds is misuse of funds and Misuse of funds is fraud as per RBI Guidelines.

whenever I request anything in contact form of Payumoney, they always with a ticket number #1410544 and tell me wait for 24 hours. But after so much time the 24 hours is not completed as per Payumoney standards.

This is totally Fraud and beware of this way.

    I ordered mobile phone gionee F103 from syberplace.com and paid money using payUmoney on 4th March, 2016. But due tonot dispatching mobile within provided time limit i complined at payUmoney on 19th March, 2016. I requested to cancel order and giving refund of my amount. After That my order is closed on merchant website syberplace.com. And they notify item refunded. But PayUmoney not providing refund till now. Refundable amount is 7919.01 INR.

    I have tried to purchased one railway ticket by internet with assistance of pauyumoney...but due to unavoidable reason ticket money was deduced but no ticket confirmed...please confirm the ticket which is tomorrow or reimburse my money in my account...
    just now i booked a movie tickets. but its showing unsuccesfull like that plese can u resolve this.. pyament id[protected]
    I was booked bus ticket 3 Salem to marthandam by KPN travels through Payumoney the amount was detected from my bank on 13.04.16 [Rs1860] but i did not rcvd the ticket, on 16.04.16 I got the msg stating that the amount has been processed and it will be reflect in your account in 3-5 working days so for i did not received the amont

    Product Not delivered

      Pls do not shop online in India payumoney, quikr.com, flipcart, all the online shopping business run by Indians. tghey are all fruad=ulent companies who came out of kitchens to do business. they are not redressing any of then pronb;ems faced by many customers, eventually what appears as a bargain the price goes up more than the retail stores. so my sincere advise to fellow iether we should sue this companies, or dont shop at alll...

            Team, i have made a transaction on 25th feb'16 in order to purchase a laptop from syberplace.com site via payu but till date merchant (Syberplace) did not receive the money from payu money. I have inquired with merchant and they have requested to and raise a ticket #1358479. Please resolve it and refund my money.
            PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            PayU biz should proactively needs to sort this out as it is pending since long time now...Please look into this and refund the money. It is necessary that you can take care of goodwill and reputation on time otherwise things are haywire. kindly refund the money which I've paid on 25th Feb'16

            Payumoney — proper cash discount not given

            i have booked 6 tickets from redbus.com & paid them money by payumoney my account, hence you have showed 25 % discount on any purchasing by payumoney will be given but i reiceved only 200 rs on 4470=00 purchase.

            Fradulent debit to my Credit card

            I have received packet sr No. 2852400 from Justkart. I have not ordered the same. Further I have been cheated by debiting my credit card to the tune of Rs.8096.00 on 7.5.2016. The said payment has been routed thro payumoney.com. I advise you to credit the said money back to my card account .

                It's been nearly one month that I am waiting for my login issue to be resolved.

                Everytime they say that they would resolve it within the next 2 days and it's been 3 weeks already

                If the customer support is so ineffective as to solve as simple an issue as login, I feel sorry for the customers who are having financial issues with this company

                Avoid this company, the most ineffective customer support...

                    I booked 6 beds at zostel.com by debit card banking and made a transaction of Rs. 269 but I have not got any confirmation of booking from zostel.My money has got debited from my account and i got a message from my bank that I made a purchase worth Rs269.1 on POS 70010241 at WWW ZOSTEL COM GURGAON IN txn#[protected].

                    For about an hour PayUMoney was processing my payment but it failed.
                    I don't understand how come my money got debited when transaction was not complete.

                    Kindly give a solution and confirm my booking.Please respond ASAP.

                    I have opted for postal study course in made easy and then I chose online payment through my debit card. I have been directed to payumoney transaction and a sum of Rs. 9051.82 has to be paid. I received OTP number and as soon as I put it in the option given. There was a message on screen that your transaction has been failed but I received message from bank that Rs. 9051.82 has been charged from my account in Mumbai at www.payumoney.com

                                I am a merchant of payu money and i am providing services by getting a payment confirmation from payu money. I have got the merchant key in january last weak since that he has not started my settlement process by giving the reason agreement doucuments issues when the documents reached to the company then again they have created a fake FRAUD ALERT to me on 10th feb he wait till 16th feb in the mean while we have taught over this FRAUD ALERT topic but he has refunded to the customer of Rs. 10000 by giving reason i have not responded in written and my account is suspended by them and now my around Rs 50000 is with payu money and he told me they will refund it to me after 210 days that is too much time i have small company i can not wait till 210 days for such a huge amount and they are giving warning to me that they will refund to the customer.
                                I have each and every record which i have given the service to the customer
