I have booked two tickets through redbus application. And i have paid the money through payumoney. But i got the message that the payment is unsuccessful it seems. Also the money is reduced from my bank account. Here is my transaction id ( id[protected]. Please check it and update me back.

    I ordered couple of t-shirts on 7-feb-2016 from lazyninja (order# 38043) and made payment through payumoney. I didn't receive the product even after 15-20 days. Then I reached payumoney guys to refund my money under buyer protection policy. Below is whole conversation so far:

      Team, i have made a transaction on 25th feb'16 in order to purchase a laptop from syberplace.com site via payu but till date merchant (Syberplace) did not receive the money from payu money. I have inquired with merchant and they have requested to and raise a ticket #1358479. Please resolve it and refund my money.
      PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      PayU biz should proactively needs to sort this out as it is pending since long time now...Please look into this and refund the money. It is necessary that you can take care of goodwill and reputation on time otherwise things are haywire. kindly refund the money which I've paid on 25th Feb'16

      Payumoney — proper cash discount not given

      i have booked 6 tickets from redbus.com & paid them money by payumoney my account, hence you have showed 25 % discount on any purchasing by payumoney will be given but i reiceved only 200 rs on 4470=00 purchase.

      Fradulent debit to my Credit card

      I have received packet sr No. 2852400 from Justkart. I have not ordered the same. Further I have been cheated by debiting my credit card to the tune of Rs.8096.00 on 7.5.2016. The said payment has been routed thro payumoney.com. I advise you to credit the said money back to my card account .

          It's been nearly one month that I am waiting for my login issue to be resolved.

          Everytime they say that they would resolve it within the next 2 days and it's been 3 weeks already

          If the customer support is so ineffective as to solve as simple an issue as login, I feel sorry for the customers who are having financial issues with this company

          Avoid this company, the most ineffective customer support...

              I booked 6 beds at zostel.com by debit card banking and made a transaction of Rs. 269 but I have not got any confirmation of booking from zostel.My money has got debited from my account and i got a message from my bank that I made a purchase worth Rs269.1 on POS 70010241 at WWW ZOSTEL COM GURGAON IN txn#[protected].

              For about an hour PayUMoney was processing my payment but it failed.
              I don't understand how come my money got debited when transaction was not complete.

              Kindly give a solution and confirm my booking.Please respond ASAP.

              I have opted for postal study course in made easy and then I chose online payment through my debit card. I have been directed to payumoney transaction and a sum of Rs. 9051.82 has to be paid. I received OTP number and as soon as I put it in the option given. There was a message on screen that your transaction has been failed but I received message from bank that Rs. 9051.82 has been charged from my account in Mumbai at www.payumoney.com

                  Booked a ticket on dec 4th. Amount got deducted from account but ticket was nt booked. Called RedBus cust care and got to know that they have credited the money back bt PayUMoney has nt credited it till nw. Worst services provided by this. Fraud services provided.

                          I am a merchant of payu money and i am providing services by getting a payment confirmation from payu money. I have got the merchant key in january last weak since that he has not started my settlement process by giving the reason agreement doucuments issues when the documents reached to the company then again they have created a fake FRAUD ALERT to me on 10th feb he wait till 16th feb in the mean while we have taught over this FRAUD ALERT topic but he has refunded to the customer of Rs. 10000 by giving reason i have not responded in written and my account is suspended by them and now my around Rs 50000 is with payu money and he told me they will refund it to me after 210 days that is too much time i have small company i can not wait till 210 days for such a huge amount and they are giving warning to me that they will refund to the customer.
                          I have each and every record which i have given the service to the customer

                                  I tried to book the ticket from merchant RedBus but payment has been made successfully done at the time of
                                  booking thru mobile app through PayUMoney Gateway. But the booking seat not allotted/not confirmed by merchant at the same booking time. the amount has been debited on my bank account.

                                  After several followup with merchant Red Bus, they refunded the dispute money Rs.450/- to PayUMoney

                                  But PayUMoney not ready to refund the dispute money to my bank account. They sent mail that the amount refund in PayUMoney Wallet account. But in my PayUMoney wallet account balance is also Rs.0/-

                                  After several followups also, PayUMoney not responding to my mail and phone calls.

                                  Kindly help me to get my dispute money Rs.400/- and refund the dispute money Rs.400/- to my bank account.

                                      I had booked a bus ticket in 4th feb 2016 with sea bird tourist.i received payment confirmation from PayUmoney with payment id 91675413.but sea bird tourists did not receive the money n hence ticket was not booked.later on i requested payumoney to refund my money.
