It's been nearly one month that I am waiting for my login issue to be resolved.

Everytime they say that they would resolve it within the next 2 days and it's been 3 weeks already

If the customer support is so ineffective as to solve as simple an issue as login, I feel sorry for the customers who are having financial issues with this company

Avoid this company, the most ineffective customer support...

Money got deducted from my account and i can see transaction as successful but my train ticket has not got booked.
Please do needful ASAP...

I booked 6 beds at zostel.com by debit card banking and made a transaction of Rs. 269 but I have not got any confirmation of booking from zostel.My money has got debited from my account and i got a message from my bank that I made a purchase worth Rs269.1 on POS 70010241 at WWW ZOSTEL COM GURGAON IN txn#[protected].

For about an hour PayUMoney was processing my payment but it failed.
I don't understand...

Some unscrupulous person misused our sbi credit card btween 21th feb 2016 - 3rd march 2016 by obtaining OPT numberand made transactions on airtel, vodafone, oxygenwallet, and others by using Payu ID:-

i request you take some actions toward this situation or reverse the transactions ....

Booked a ticket on dec 4th. Amount got deducted from account but ticket was nt booked. Called RedBus cust care and got to know that they have credited the money back bt PayUMoney has nt credited it till nw. Worst services provided by this. Fraud services provided....

My ac.no. [protected], i transfer 500 rupees money through payumoney, i got debitted message from axis bank, but i got transection failed message from payumoney, how i recovery the money....

I have paid amount of rs 960, 960, and 240 on dated 02/11/2015, 14/12/2015 and 22/12/2015 respectively to FTA HSRP Solution Pvt Ltd gandhinagar vide record no 280, 222 and 133 respectively but amount has not been credited to FTA HSRP Solution Pvt Ltd gandhinagar so please refund the same amount to my account as same has been deducted from my account...

I am a merchant of payu money and i am providing services by getting a payment confirmation from payu money. I have got the merchant key in january last weak since that he has not started my settlement process by giving the reason agreement doucuments issues when the documents reached to the company then again they have created a fake FRAUD ALERT to me on 10th feb he wait till 16th feb in the mean while we have taught over this FRAUD ALERT...

I tried to book the ticket from merchant RedBus but payment has been made successfully done at the time of
booking thru mobile app through PayUMoney Gateway. But the booking seat not allotted/not confirmed by merchant at the same booking time. the amount has been debited on my bank account.

After several followup with merchant Red Bus, they refunded the dispute money Rs.450/- to PayUMoney

But PayUMoney...

I make a transaction of rs 100 but transaction failed but they debited money from my account and not refunded my money back...

I had booked a bus ticket in 4th feb 2016 with sea bird tourist.i received payment confirmation from PayUmoney with payment id 91675413.but sea bird tourists did not receive the money n hence ticket was not booked.later on i requested payumoney to refund my money.

But till now no response.

I paid an amount 515.00 Rs for transmedia technologies P on[protected], but it is unsuccessful. and i got a message cantact [protected]@payumoney.com, but u are not taken any response till now. what i do now, if i a give complaint to cosumer form about this or if you recover my amount....

Rs. 375/- deducted on 18.02.2016 for purchase of mock test from career power . amount deducted from my hdfc bank account .again one msg recd from payumoney your payment for carrer power is unsuccessful, but same amount not yet transferred to my act and same amount debited from my dedit Card.Please do the needful and remit my amount to my a/c....

PayUMoney offers you no protection if the merchant does not send you the product or refuses to send the product. In my case the merchant did not deliver stating that they do not deliver to my area(no mention on merchant site). However, after I informed PayUMoney they have not verified that the merchant has delivered the product and while I've raised a dispute with PayUMoney they have been totally incompetent in resolving this. On 16.10.2015 we have paid through Pay U money Rs.503/- for Kamala Theatre cinema ticket booking. Transaction failed but money debited from bank account. Till today the money not refunded.Please refund our money.
