Hi,
I ordered couple of t-shirts on 7-feb-2016 from lazyninja (order# 38043) and made payment through payumoney. I didn't receive the product even after 15-20 days. Then I reached payumoney guys to refund my money under buyer protection policy. Below is whole conversation so far:

I do not know why you guys want to give more time to the merchant. It has already been a month and they are not even responding to any communication.

What are we waiting for now? This has been a very pathetic experience so far. I have been requesting you guys since last 15 days but you guys are no better than your merchant. I do not know how you guys can be so careless about your customers.
